My partner and I relocated to Spain and used ExcessBaggage.ie for our storage and delivery needs. Chris made the process very easy and straightforward. The prices were also competitive with others that we were looking into. Once we secured accommodation in Spain, I emailed Chris and our items arrived in less than one week. Would recommend!

Terrible experience for the second time. I sent my box on the 14/03/25 to South Africa. I arrived in South Africa on the 18/03/25 and my box was in Belgium on the on the 27/03/25. I was told it would take 3 days. Had a family function on the 29th and some items I was gonna utilise some of the items for this day.

I stood at desk half an hour and rang the number 3 times no reply. Receipt said allow 5 minutes rang international number no reply.
Went to airport staff nobody knew anything.
Eventually turned out the place that took my item was a flight above the place I was meant to collect them.
I think they should have had a note on desk saying go downstairs.
Stay away from these people!

Sent a bag to Hong King recently and was so pleased with this company. All arrived safe and sound and the service was so personal and efficient. Would highly recommend and would use again.

The service at Dublin Airport was excellent. My daughter had booked her 2nd very large suitcase through to Sydney 2 weeks ago. The information was emailed, tracked and arrived within the week. Super service.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Terrible experience. Baggage took over 2 weeks to be delivered after I was told it would take 3 days. On top of that it is clearly run by a complete cowboy, After I asked for a refund or compensation for the enormous delays the owner began cursing at me and subsequently hung up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
