Exceullent.com AND SunFay
On 4 February I paid this company, also known as SunFay and SunFayIS for 2 pairs of shoes. Only 1 pair was delivered. As I paid through PayPal, they contacted them, and the reply was "Yes, we'll supply the undelivered shoes". A few more replies with PayPal telling me to receive the shoes before the case could be closed, and then SunFay said: No, you need to close the case first, and Then we'll deliver the shoes. Trust us!!! I suggset that everybody stays well away from these people. They are coming across as real shonky operators. As at today, they are just running me around in circles. Seem to be hoping that I'll just go away.
It is worth noting that it is almost impossible to post a review on their website.
This is another indication that they are shonks and probably had that many bad reviews that they have closed off acees.
