Wow! I am so pleased with the customer service of Exchange Life! I had been waiting for certain map charms to restock and had reached out about this. After finding out unfortunately they wouldn’t be restocking, I expressed my disappointment as I love the idea of this brand but wanted a consistent look for my bracelet to document my travel to different countries! Janelle was able to help me straight away and come to an amazing solution that they can replace my current map charms with flag charms for no cost making me extremely satisfied as I had purchased this jewelry as keepsake for my travels. I definitely will be purchasing more charms and products in the future as I travel to more countries! Could not recommend this brand more thank you SO much Exchange Life!❤️

I made a mistake on my orders and ended up double ordering, but they responded quickly to my email and were so helpful at getting it sorted out for me. I’d been worried it would be more difficult as I’d just clicked on an ad I’d seen on Facebook. However I shouldn’t have been concerned. They were very professional and I will certainly be ordering more in the future.

Beautiful necklace to hold onto the memories
The quality of the necklace and bracelet I ordered, both stainless steel, is perfect. I had them engraved on the back and put hearts on the cities I wanted to highlight, and they were beautifully engraved. The keychain is also cute and well-made. I will say my package was severely delayed, but the customer support was incredible and immediately tracked down my package and had it delivered within the week. 100% recommend this brand to help your loved ones feel more connected to their home countries or to remember your travels!

Jerald was able to solve my issue immediately with a new code. I’m very happy to have been provided a solve in just a few hours as it was a little disappointing to not have originally planned to make a second order, be enticed by what seemed like a great offer, and then run into an issue with said offer. It felt like I should have not looked at any other communications after my 1st order as it completed my initial need. But now that my issue is fixed, I’m willing to still consider another purchase in the future, where I wouldn’t have if it didn’t work out.
