THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL



Hello everyone,

I made a transfer on July 23, 2025.

I still haven't received the money. The support service is very poor. When I contacted support about my case and provided them with all the documents and photos proving the transaction, they disappeared for a whole day, then returned and said, "We haven't received the money (nothing has reached our account)."
After that, they didn't respond to inquiries and disappeared. After more than a day, they returned and said, "I will check the transfer."

I would not recommend dealing with this company to anyone.
