Very efficient at arranging for the sails to be picked up but then nothing.
Tried e mailing, no answer! Phoned and got a woman who said she would get back to me, never did!
Phoned again " we'll pay you by the end of the month", that was 6 months ago and we're still waiting.

cheap Chinese spanners
Do not ever deal with them until they go bankrupt and turn to selling cheap Chinese spanner’s .having bought 3 sails from them the first one was blown but only a spare main the second a spare stay sail and the 3rd is still a nightmare with 4000 pounds outstanding to be paid back .
I have had to get bank involved and the lies from the woman’s mouth are unbelievable check in the post they are sent be there Monday .
Dishonest shady tactics ...oh it was my fault she says I sent you a sail which was barely usable to Spain after weeks waiting ...never deal with them ...

Terrible experience
Have had my spinnaker for almost two years and not sold it. I keep getting told different stories and promises which have all been broken. I get the impression it's been lost or damaged and they hope I'll just forget about it.
Don't trust these people.
UPDATE: on noticing this review, they finally sent me payment for the sail. Thank you Trustpilot.
