Provider to client engagement was great from the start. Exclaimer no doubt excel at a lot of things in their business but it's worth commenting on the customer service. It's been outstanding, with staff often going above and beyond to cater to our specific needs.

We have been using Exclaimer for about a year but decided not to continue as the service did not perform as expected. Just a month before the renewal—we discovered a serious issue: emails sent with Exclaimer signatures began being automatically flagged as spam by Google’s email traffic filters.
This has significantly impacted our company’s email communications. To be clear, we are not requesting a refund simply because we no longer wish to use the service—we are requesting it because the product caused substantial harm to our email deliverability.
A support case was submitted nearly a month ago, yet we have received no response or updates. It feels as though the Helpdesk is completely unresponsive.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Exclaimer. If you're considering signing up, be aware that:
Their service may cause your emails to be marked as spam.
Refunds appear to be off the table, even if the product fails to work as intended.
You'll be expected to pay for a full year in advance with little support if issues arise.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Exclaimer. I logged into my account on 3rd July and immediately requested account closure on the same day. Despite this, the company has claimed I have an active subscription until March 2026 and insists on charging me for services I never used or agreed to.
I never signed up for a paid plan, never received confirmation of a subscription, and yet they’re now refusing to close the account without full payment. This feels completely dishonest and borders on a scam. I’ve had to chase them multiple times just to get basic support, and now I’m being threatened with invoices for a service I never used.
Avoid this company at all costs. I will be filing a formal complaint and reporting this issue to the appropriate consumer protection authorities. This is not how any professional company should operate.

Was offered $50 for a review on G2. Submitted a thoughtful review and was told "Unfortunately, your review was not one of the first we received and is therefore not eligible for a gift card."
This condition was never disclosed in the offer email.
Edit: Gift card was eventually provided. Regardless, offering a $50 gift card for a "5 minute survey" is enticing. It's less enticing for a survey that's actually 15 minutes then is followed up by 3 days of back and forth to actually get the gift card.

Very useful in keeping a consistent signature format across our company and ease of use with the cloud add in

I think it’s a great tool and easy to integrate with Google. I believe it could improve a bit regarding the HTML characters it accepts when setting up a signature, since sometimes images are included, which can make it a bit difficult to stay within the character limit.

We’ve been using Exclaimer for a while now and it’s been a solid solution for managing our email signatures across the organisation. Easy to set up, and support has been helpful when needed. Does exactly what we need without any fuss.

Implementing Exclaimer has been one of the most impactful decisions we've made in streamlining our email communications. I’ve seen firsthand how Exclaimer has transformed the way our company manages email signatures across departments.
Before Exclaimer, maintaining consistent branding and compliance in email signatures was a manual, error-prone process. With Exclaimer, we now have a centralized platform that ensures every employee's signature is professional, on-brand, and up-to-date—regardless of their device or location.
Great product!

Exclaimer's centralized control feature is incredibly efficient, allowing administrators to manage and update email signatures for all users within an organization from a single portal. Also the platform integrates smoothly with Office 365 making implemention very easy.

We needed to move over from MS365 to Google Workspace but the support level has been completely appalling. It's a shame as their support team is in Philippines, and although two Filipinos responded to me and they where kind but could not resolve my issue which I thought tO be easy enough.
My suggestion is simplify the process of moving subscription plan over/switching from Google to MS365.
Real bad customer service. When trying to cancel there service they have you jump through hoops that are extremely difficult to understand and when asking for help they just link you the same nonsense as before, not putting any effort into helping people.

A horrible program that doesn't work. Very confusing to use and very poor customer service. You get no help and it seems they don't even know how their own system works.

Worst customer service ever. Have emailed over 10 times to get the billing email changed. Called and the guy hung up after i didnt have a subscriber ID after asking every question under the sun. Appalling customer service.

Hopeless program it works very statically and you can't really do anything with it. It's been a long time since I got so angry about a program I had to work with. Everything jumps all the time, if you adjust something it just goes back to the old pattern.

The WORST! I wish I would have read these reviews before signing into a contract with this company. Horrible customer service. Better yet, NO customer service. Good luck trying to cancel!

Worst customer service ever. You have to beg for help. Your best bet is to put the entire exclaimer C-suite on each email, that's the only way to get a response. I'm one email away from firing them and going with another vendor.
Even after voicing my discontent with their support I never received a call or email apologizing for the poor experience. Another vendor that will sell you something then do their best to ignore you forever.

I have logged two tickets for the same issue in the last couple of days and they have been closed without any feedback, advice or contact what so ever. Terrible customer service. We will now be moving to another platform as soon as possible.
