I’ve been renting for 10 years and Exclusive Living was a complete breath of fresh air.

The whole process moved quickly and was smooth from start to finish. They made everything so easy. Suzi was an absolute star, she went above and beyond, was very helpful and friendly throughout!

I’ve used Exclusiveliving to help me find tenants for a HMO property and put all the right paperwork in place for me, I have found all the staff very helpful and easy to work with.
Suzi has been keeping me informed with all progress at all times, she has done all the tenant viewings on my behalf, my tenants have also told me that they are very happy and impressed with her response time in booking viewings and responding to them, Suzi has just got on and done what I’ve asked from her.
A very professional company that I would recommend to anyone .

Moving into my apartment has been a great one. Suzi made sure I settled in well which I really appreciate. The building is always kept clean and there's a good rapport amongst the flatmates.

I’ve been renting for the last 20 years and I would have to say since living in this house the last 1yr and half is the worse I’ve been in when it comes to response times and getting things fixed or replaced. I thought David Charles Casson Estate agents was bad but this company is just as bad. Reported fridge/freezer broken on 31st March, took 2 days to respond, said they’ll sort it. A week later, still no fridge/freezer. Sent a message asking what’s happened. They responded with an apology and said they just put an order in. A tiny freezer turned up which had to be sent back due to it not being the same as the old fridge/freezer. We sent a message reporting this but no response. It’s now 22nd April with no Fridge/freezer and 5 housemates with hardly any storage to put food. We also, asked for hoover replacement over month ago, but still no hoover. Not the best service I have to say.

Excellent communication and very professional quick responses to any issues. Highly recommended.

Very genuine and caring, and extremely responsive! I don't need to worry about being penalised for raising an issue, and I get a comprehensive plan on how the issue is to be resolved.
