No communication from the driver and…
I gave Exek nearly 24 hours notice that my flight would be significantly delayed. On arrival, with no one there to meet me, I called the assigned driver who claimed no knowledge of the job.
Eventually I received a call saying that a driver was on the way having been delayed by a previous job, but absolutely no communication from them to me.

Used these guys for the first time to…
Used these guys for the first time to take me and my dad to the Silverstone F1 race. My dad had never been to the F1 so I thought i'd make the day extra special for him by booking a Mercedes to take us to Silverstone and back - amazing service from the initial booking to the end. The driver arrived early both times and waited patiently till we were ready to leave.
