I order a long oversize cardigan it was not oversized but undersized and was of a very poor quality it was delivered in a very thin plastic bag and looked like a rug. I also order some draw dividers which again were very poor quality as the edges binding was not even connected in places. I complained about the cardigan and was told it would cost a lot to return it and they would refund me but instead of getting a full refund they confirmed a refund of £3.00 I had payed£27.42 for one item and £34.60 for the liners
Disgusting.

Buyers beware! This company are a bunch of fraudsters. They mis-sell products and send them in an wearable condition. The item I ordered was bright green what I received was a horrible olive green and the item arrived with a terrible strong smell making it unwearable.

Their customer service is shocking full of insincere platitudes! All they say is they have sent you the correct item and will initially offer you £3 compensation and then £5 but no more. You can return yet item but you have to do so at your own cost!

Also beware that you get charged VAT which isn’t in the breakdown of charges at checkout and you only see it after payment has been made.

Steer clear of this company which are nothing but fraudsters and con artists! If I could give zero stars I would.

Do not buy! Item described as chunky knit, made from cotton whereas it is thin, cheap looking and 100% acrylic. When I complained and asked for an refund as the goods where not as described, all they say is the correct goods were sent, then offered a £5 discount as they then stated:
‘If you would like to return, the shipping fee may be very expensive to you.’ They have yet to respond to my screenshot of their website clearly stating ‘material:cotton’ and if they do not do do I shall start a dispute with PayPal.

Do not buy .
I was overcharged and then my goods never came . Thankfully my bank have refunded me .

Do NOT BUY from this company. They are nothing but a shower of crooks.. Goods eventually arrived a month later, and do NOT under any circumstances fit my feet. I have complained and complained to no avail.. They also added on £4.94 which they say was a system error!!!! They refuse to give me an address to send them back to, and refuse to refund, offering, £3, £4, & £5 at different times as compensation.. I can get absolutely nowhere with this shower of shysters.

Do not buy from this company!! Items are not as described on the website and are terrible quality. Customer Service refuse to allow returns and refunds despite it clearly saying items can be returned within 14 days on their website!
