Open window, great service.

Made the classic mistake as a previous reviewer and left a car window open....Within a couple of hours received a message from Jill - car park officer- to let me know, and that they had secured it and would keep an eye on it. Very grateful for this as there was some truly dreadful weather whilst we were away and reckon there would have been several inches of water inside otherwise!
Many thanks especially to Jill, will happily use again.

Absolute rip off £5 to drop off / pick up, and they use acpoa a terrible parking company.
Sort it out exeter airport, get rid of acpoa and give a free grace period to drop off and pick up of say 20 mins, then maybe a small charge, it would do the reputation of the airport a world of good.

The last £ 5 they take from m

RIP OFF EXETER AIRPORT PARKING avoid January 2024 !!!!

Visited the airport to pick up a family member January 2024 - firstly blazen signs everywhere. I'm picking up went through the drop off barrier stopped for 4 mins then exit via the barrier paid £5 for 4 mins. You know - you want to do the right thing and not park on the double yellow lines but I ask what a rip off - no wonder this airport has and will be in trouble. Dreadful - avoid at all costs

We’ve used Exeter Airport on several occasions…this time we left one of the windows open!!!!! We were contacted by Callum one of the supervisors who informed us that he’d secured the vehicle..made it waterproof and secure……an excellent service.

£4 to drop a passenger off at the airport!
No doubt the parasitic finance director that thought up this additional revenue stream is very proud of himself/herself.
Not much business sense here. The operator of the airport profiteers on tax payer money in the form of grants for keeping the airport open, but as if often the case, corporate greed is out of control.
