Top Customer Service

Great assistance given over my recent 2 visits to fine tune my window and door requirements by both Colin and Dan. Helpful and knowledgeable in the extreme, and service delivered with a smile. Been a customer for years, and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Truly exemplary performance and a credit to the Organisation.
It doesn't get better than this!

Exeter window store arrogance…

Called into Exeter window store Apple Lane Exeter at 1.30pm 21st Aug as I've bought in the past Kitchen trim and bathroom panel trim and nm nails. I asked a legitimate polite question to a counter person 'Do you sell kitchen worktop'. The reply was 'What in a window store' That was it, no niceties or help just a cheap arrogant remark to look clever in front of his other mates which caused a titter from one of them or another customer. If I got it wrong as I suffer from memory, apologies, as an ex customer support I expect this to me. I will not use them ⁶again, I could not get hold of the manager. My B in Law has been or is the biggest builder in Exeter says he has trouble with their counter staff before and rarely uses them as well.

Excellent quality at a competitve price

We were extremely satisfied with Exeter Window Store. Colin in particular was particularly helpful.
We bought anthracite UPVC windows for the entire house and 2 sets of Alumunium bi-fold doors.
18 months on - we have had no problems with them and are very satisfied with the appearance, quality and value for money
