Jeans ordered took almost a month to arrive after several emails to find out where they were always got the same response on their way !!!
When they arrived they were awful and not enough material in the pockets so when on they pulled and you could see the insides of pockets. Material very thin .
Aked to return them was told they'd give me £9 to keep the £27 item as they didn't think they were faulty. If I wanted to return i would have to pay £15 postage which wasn't refundable.
Took me several emails 15 in total to argue the faulty item point but no joy
Would not recommend using this company

I ordered a pair of jeans in September and I have been waiting for them to arrive but they haven't been delivered, I have been trying to get a refund ever since with no success I am absolutely disgusted with the service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will take your money and not deliver the goods

These jeans were far too long and had very odd colour/ fading
Asked for a return label and refund and they have been dodging it ever since offering £3 compensation!

One star is too much for this company. I wish I had never purchased from them! Order took two months to be delivered. Of which delivery not received, requested cancellation and they decided to resend a new order. Refused refund and any proper communication

Not even 1 star.
They sent the wrong size and when I emailed them with the packaging info they said it didn’t match my order! And offered me £2.!
I’m awaiting further response.
Bloody instagram ads!

Very stressful mixed experience. Beware ordering from Facebook ads. Ordered jeans 30 September. Something happened during purchase procedure and ended up ordering 2 by mistake. Fair enough they reimbursed me for one pair. Remaining jeans they charged me £6+ over advertised price which they also reimbursed me after l complained. Finally received this morning after several emails back and forth. Not best quality. I will have to get my sewing box out, but wearable. I was not informed of delivery date so did not make sure that l stayed in the house. Must have been in garden or garage as did not know parcel was left on my doorstep. It had been there overnight and as front door directly onto pavement l was surprised it was still there! If you value your sanity do not buy from this company.

I ordered a pair of jeans, total price with shipping, on the 14/10/25, still not received them, the email address they give, you cannot send to and on checking my bank account, instead of taking £24, they took £30. UPDATE, my email finally got through to this company and they apologised, sent another pair of jeans (watch this space if I get them) and refunded the extra 6 pound that they took, saying it was in error. So check your bank to see if you have been overcharged in error!

Completely wrong order sent after waiting 5 weeks. £2 offered as compensation. Do no t use this site

Absolutely poor customer service. Tried to make a return and all they offered was $2 instead!! Do not buy these it’s an appalling con.

This company is based in HongKong.. not what they tell you. They take more money than you expect when an order is placed… this is how I found out company was in HK…
Jeans take ages to arrive, poor quality. Option to return costs more than the jeans did. Communication is poor and on email.
Do not buy from this company.

I ordered some jeans and they didn’t suit me also they are far too wide for me. I have emailed them at least 6 times to request a return address to no avail. They keep offering me money off for my inconvenience, and to send photos of the fault so they can make it right. I have told them there is nothing they can do as they just didn’t suit me and they are too wide for my legs. Therefore I would like a full refund. Still they won’t send me an address to return them to.
Their policy is that they will refund me as long as they are in the same packaging that I received them in and not worn, in which they are.
Don’t buy from this company it’s a scam

THIS IS A SCAM bought these on 9th September they took £5 more than the price advertised I complained and they refunded £5 I got regular tracking informing me of the parcels journey I finally got an email saying parcel delivered to your porch - do not have a porch and no parcel has arrived I emailed them and they just reply talking nonsense and sent a picture of a random parcel saying this is it - avoid at all costs - cannot believe Facebook allows these people to advertise

I made a purchase based on the add on instagram. Bought ‘jeans’ and local delivery charge yet to find out quickly that they took extra money to cover import taxes. It took 4 weeks to receive jeans that turned out to be a very poor quality.
Wish I ve done a better research on this clowns. Stay away !

How disgusting is this company. 35 days and I am still waiting for my parcel. It’s been in the UK for a week and address it’s at is residential. I have sent many emails and get fobbed off with rubbish. Have asked for my money back and nothing. A scam company who need to be shut down.

I ordered jeans in good faith. Firstly I was charged an additional £5 more than the amount I was quoted for the jeans plus delivery fee. Then it took over 2 weeks for the delivery and although I was emailed automated courier updates, but I sent them 4 separate emails and I never got any response.
I ordered the jeans on October 4th
Tracking has been lame, pending international courier, delays at US customs and updates then of UK customs.
