Been a customer for a couple of years and had a few issues --mainly shipping times.

I ordered a couple of items and used a Code - SPOOKY to receive 30% off. Showed up on my checkout. Then when I paid discount disappeared and was charged the full amount. Tried reaching by phone and no one answers. Leave message and no one responds. Support email is auto generated and amounts to nothing. BEWARE. They aren't the only providers of these products.

If you smoke weed don’t buy this crap it’s a waste of money and wouldn’t get your cat high !!

first of all,the taste, I chose the dark(ish) roast, and it's the most sour dark roast coffee I've had,usually dark roasts are not sour.
secondly, the price, hard to justify, what does £18 a bag offer more than £5 a bag? more antioxidants? Do we even absorb the antioxidant?

also very surprised that most comments avoid talking about the added health benefits but focus on the taste, you dont need to pay £18 for a bag of coffee is taste is only you're after therefore makes question the legitmacy of thoes comments, therefore making me doubt the people who promote them, ie Dr dr rangan chatterjee, doctor's kitchen!

I had such high (lol) hopes for these mushroom gummies. But felt nothing. Not euphoric. Not sleepy. Nothing. I currently have eaten 3 at one time.... NADA.

The Amanita muscaria mushroom gummies are a total waste of money. Might as well just take a melatonin for the same effect. Would never purchase again a waste of $40.

Gave a 1 star review earlier for the Amanita mushrooms being duds but received some really good support and compensation so I’ll give a better rating now

Tried the dried Amanita mushrooms and am very disappointed. I felt absolutely nothing. A waste of 80 bucks. Judging from the customer service reviews, I probably won't get that money back. I won't shop here again.

The products are superior, yes. But as good as the products are, the customer service is equally HORRIBLE! Customers drive your business. No matter how good your products are, there are always competitors. And though I am only one, you have lost this customer to your competitors. Improve your customer service or you will be sitting on good products with no one to sell them to.

My Experience:
• 8/2: Order placed - Received a message that the processing time would be longer than usual (2 - 3 days) ...No problem.

• 8/11: Order not received - contacted customer service via online form... Hopeful.
• 8/13: Received a message that the order was lost during processing with an option for refund or reorder...Still hopeful.
• 8/14: I wanted to confirm that this would not happen if I replaced the order...no response... Getting warm.
• 8/14: Called the customer service number - stayed on hold for 20 mins (listening to that song that is basically a taunt...about being on hold all day) ... Getting warmer.
• 8/15: Called again - this time on hold for 30 mins...same damn song. Then was sent to voicemail...left a message...Now I am hot.
• 8/16: No call back. Request that the order be cancelled, and money refunded...Still hot.
• 8/17: Message that the order is cancelled, and refund will be processed. No acknowledgement of the failures. Just a canned response...I am cool now because I will NEVER buy from you again.

While i like the product, they have messed up my subscription on more than one occasion. This time it was nearly 2 weeks late; when I complained I got a terse email that said "out of stock; don't know when its coming back".

Which also indicates they are sourcing from a third party. Where? China? Mexico?

Not even a phony "sorry." Simply couldn't be bothered to send an email informing me this

I have made about 6 orders from exhale wellness and most recently have recieved bottle of CBD + D9 gummies that are very hard to the touch and they have and EXTREMELY foul odor...In the past, the smell from their gummies was anything but foul...

Needless to say, I am disappointed because I cannot bring myself to use these gummies with a smell that will make you nauseated..It is very bad.

I have emailed "customer service" twice about the issue and have had no response...Completely ignoring me. Its been 3 days and no response whatsoever...

I’m not impressed with Aminita mushroom gummies. It says to take half the first time. Felt nothing. A whole one is a very mild high and tastes bad. I prefer the Delta 9 gummies. They are decent and so I may try Delta 8. The mushrooms are a miss.

After buying various Delta 8 gummies, tinctures, and other products from Exhale Wellness with mostly good results, I decided to try the new Amanita Mushroom Gummies. I received two pkgs with 5 gummies each, and have used all but 4 gummies. I am very disappointed with the outcome. They do not deliver on the promises made on the Exhale website. Avoid the mushrooms and stick to the Delta 8 products!

Don’t waste your money buying these!! Taste like dirt and have absolutely no affect at all. Also, don’t waste your time with customer service!

There pens are good and things but the mushrooms ate whack. Ate the whole 28 gs in two days didnt hardly feel anything . My opinion its probably hard to store em or something cause they fid nothing but a little tingling but nothing else no dreams no trip no hogh nothing.

I truly had no idea this existed I guess I should have got a dosage chart I ate a few as soon as I got them and wow!!! I swear I was so high I was floating in a different universe.

Completely useless. I took the entire bag 5 gummies and had no effect on me. What a very expensive disappointment..This was with their new AMANITA MUSCARIA MUSHROOM GUMMIES.. What a scam..

Was looking forward to trying some new THC-A flower, but for these prices, I'd rather head to Colorado or Cali and get some real weed for a much cheaper price. These prices are insane! Not worth it! Taking advantage of all those who live in states where they can't legally get regular delta 9 weed. $140.00 for a 1/4 oz. is crazy!

Amazing products, I see a lot of people complaining about the shipping updates. I can see why as my shipping had little to no updates for a while but product still got to my doorstep! Exhalewell is doing the lords work! Definitely will be indulging on their new line of LEGAL shrooms! <3

Unfortunately I am experiencing the same issues as the recent 1 star reviews. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago with 0 updates. Customer service is horrendously bad here. The "chat" is an absolute joke as it never connects you to anyone. I tried calling and after 30 minutes of hold time I got an automated message saying "due to high call volume we can't take your call" then the call dropped. Their hold music is literally a song joking about being on hold all day so, that should tell you all you need to know. I'd recommend going with Mr hemp flower instead. Better prices, customer service, and MUCH faster shipping.
