Scammed my coins! Claiming deposit never arrived!
I sent them my coins over a month ago, For a while support replied I provided them all the information they asked for then they suddenly go silent. I have tried following up many many times but they ghost me! I have blockchain PROOF that i sent funds to the deposit address and they are claiming they dont have it! I have noticed other people say similiar things on here about them, they reply to all the negative feedback but i assume they arent even replying to the support emails the people reviewing are sending. maintaing their public image so they seem legit so they can continue to scam more people for years to come! beware!

have taken my money claiming deposit never arrived!
So I did a transaction through houdiniswap, which routed my tokens through exolix. I sent the money and then nothing ever happened. Few hours go by I contact houdini support, theyre claiming exolix is saying they dont have the coins that I "Must've sent to the wrong wallet". Which is NOT possible as if u type in an eth or sol address you get invalid, if you copy paste an address and replace one or two letters you still get "invalid address"... I provide them TXNID, Timestamps, Everything I can in my power and they are claiming they did not receive anything what so ever! Lost a large sum of money to this website because of that! Im unsure if its a selective scam or how they operate, taking big txns here and there so they can still maintain some semblance of a reputation.. I have contacted their support and maybe something will come of it but i am highly skeptical seeing the other reviews. i will update if anything changes!

SCAM CLAIMING THEY NEVER RECEIVE DEPOSIT
i sent my deposit to the exchange and they are claiming they have scanned their deposits and will not give me my funds back... I have emailed them hoping for some sort of resolution, they ask for proof and i provided transaction ID timestamps and amounts and theyre still not giving me my funds. Was my mistake of using probably too much size on this order to be honest.. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!
these guys seem to be selective scammers. Possibly only hitting every few txns and not a complete exit rug. Seems more sustainable long term theoretically to them that way
If i am able to retrieve funds i will update this review!

Exolix team,
as per your reply to my recent review, your liquidity provider blocked your account, which is why you are unable to refund mine and other funds stuck in that account. However: your previous reply almost a year ago stated that you were able to get the funds released and were ready to refund. Please explain which time were you lying? both replies are in the previous reviews and open for public to view and pasted below. You need to be honest, ethical and supportive to build a lasting business, not look for opportunities to steal and scam.

After communicating with him, we managed to get the coins back and we can now discuss our next steps with you.

Completely unresponsive if there is an issue
I recently made a transaction, it is still listed as overdue. Several emails have been sent with no response.
The reply by Exolix is asking me to get in touch, I'll give it yet another go, but I already tried this many times with no response. I will update if the situation changes.
And still no response. It's telling that the company priorities responding to reviews over actually helping its customers.
