they sold me an office365 license but didnt send me a product key - they gave instructions on how to update the license using their software but it didnt work and they then said they have no record of my order - all a big scam
Horrible service, took 5 days to process my order due of a "glitch". All support is really just primitive AI agents. Refused to refund my order, which I requested 15 times. Sent me a shared 3rd party Playstation Plus pass instead of what they advertised - has security implications in addition to simply not being what I supposedly paid for. Stay far away.
I bought the game forza horizon 4. The installation was not smooth due to a Microsoft account conflict, which is the first time this has happened to me. And even during the game, some of the stages do not open, and I'm talking about the free stages. They don't have a phone, only WhatsApp chat. The bot or AI that corresponded with me told me a hundred times that they would get back to me on the phone, and it never happened. No support at all!!!
