Great experience there customer support

Great experience with their customer service. They respond quickly and solve the problem according to my needs. My problem about technical and I couldn't solve it for a long time but their customer support solved the problem very quickly and effectively. Thanks for all.

As a software engineer

As a software engineer, I have to deploy my web application in server. I am using multiple hosting provider. ExonHost is one of the best provider. They respond very quickly. I am happy with their service.

They will simply suspend your account…

They will simply suspend your account without any prior notice.

Then after you contact customer service they will take 10 minutes per replay, and will give you fake reasons why it happened and will ask you to upgrade the hosting package so they can earn more money.

In my case I asked what am I did wrong? they first said I have used too much resources. so I asked for proof. they didn't gave me any. and then they said I was using 29gb bandwidth every day. so higher bandwidth usage was the reason my site got suspended.

 than I showed them ss of that my entire month consumption was 29gb with daily average 1.2gb. then they changed the customer care agent to someone else.
and new agent said oooo we did a mistake. bandwidth wasn't the isssu.

so I asked brother what was the isssu than please tell.

and he again made me wait 20 minit and than again changed the customer care agent and he replied me this :

"We are sorry that we haven't kept any proof but there is nothing to suspend your service without any reason. You can create a ticket. I will inform the team. If possible they will send you."

but when i checked my process list i was barely using 5 to 10% of my resource limit. i even showed them that stat. they just don't know what happened and don't have any proof . only thing they know is i should upgrade to avoid future suspension.

and just to let you know. they reply in every 10 minit. So to have probably a 5 minutes worth of conversation they will cost u  2 hours.

so, if you don't have enough time and money to waste. just avoid them.

Your account was suspended for high CPU usage. Please remember you are using shared hosting service not dedicated server. You can check https://gcdnb.pbrd.co/images/jkqf7xNrWOz8.png this screenshot.

Few of the accounts constantly used too much resource and caused server stability. So, we had to suspend those account to keep our server stable. As it shared server, we can't allow full CPU usage for single account.

I am sorry for the tech response delay and didn't provide you correct information when you requested. The tech was newly joined and didn't forward your issue with concern person.
