I have been mugged by exorays 2 weeks ago. I requested withdrawal,
I spoke to one of their team with the name ADAM ROSS, for 1hour and half by video call, on my laptop, I explained to him, that I want back my money which was £150, he was logged in to my account from his end, because I did told him that I haven't a clue what to do. Then he asked me to send him my bank details. Which I did, but I never heard of him again.
On the same day, I checked my account all the money was gone.
I am really disappointed, feel stupid to trust him, and his company (exorays) they are thieves.
Any advice please ? from any one who had to deal with this company.
