Superb customer service
I am a regular online shopper at Exotic e store. Everytime when I order my grocery, I am so pleased to see how well every item is packed with care. Glass jar/bottle is bubble wrapped, paneer is in cold bag, light snacks/chips/wafers all together in a separate plastic bag and ghee/oil is sealed in plastic for avoiding any spillage. Everything arrived so nicely packed and tbh even I don’t pack my stuff like that when I am doing in store shopping anywhere. So, I highly recommend Exotic to all. Great service, huge variety of items, value for money and a true customer service 👍

All good and nicely packed
Since we are bit far from Reading can't visit their physical store. So we use to order frequently, but to get order delivered free/efficient we need to bill minimum and have 2 10Kg pack restriction for Rice/Flour this is what create issue some time.
