Worst customer service ever! They don't get back to you when you email or text them, they have email links that don't work, when you call customer service they don't answer only to be forwarded to a voice mail that is always full so you can't leave a message! They have an AI Bud chat box that says they'll send you a refund for an order I never received, no refund, then the AI Bud says they'll reship the order, never got a reshipment notice or shipment! I am looking into legal action to resolve this shady business and get back some of my money they stole!! Stay away if you're ordering by mail! Worst experience ever!
