Bought seeds for king sundew on 18…

Bought seeds for king sundew on 18 september and i got a email saying i would get another when the seeds ship but nothing has come through ive sent 3 emails in the last couple of days but no one is respondind peole dont waste your money with these pirates companys that wont answer their customers dont deserb any anyway i want a refund and im sick of dealing with robbers as i said dont waste your money

This is a review ONLY about customer service and response. I placed two orders for different product few weeks apart. Never got a one. I was in contact with them via chat and they replied, kindly and with no tone at all. After a few back and forth, not in any aggressive manner they kindly offered a refund. I do not know what happened to my order, neither did they, but they acted in good faith and for that I am grateful and hope nothing but success to them. I know my order is not restricted as I have purchased from other EU countries. Do check if you are able to clear customs, To John @ ESE - thank you for trying and being there for you customer.

Seeds were sent to the wrong address…

Seeds were sent to the wrong address and were never delivered. Apparently the order was sent to China where the seeds were available (apparently available) and shipped from there. Their mistake with the wrong address but emails go unanswered. Total loss.

Although I did not hear back from this company they did replace the lost seeds and sent them to the proper place. Good for them.

The experience was very good

The experience was good! I got a bunch of rare bamboo seeds and they arrived through post in 9 days from Bulgaria to my country, which is neighbouring. They responded to my questions through site chat and I was given tracking numbers through email.
