I had an issue with my invoice so i contacted Expandi through the chat option. I had an answer within 5 minutes and they helped me sufficiënt with my problem. Besides that the platform helps me a lot to find new and relevant connections for my service.

"I'm a team lead for outbound sales, and I was searching for a tool to enhance our efforts. After testing different solutions, I found that Expandi was the best choice. Not only was it more effective than other tools, but it also provided extra benefits for our Product Marketing team. By conducting A/B testing for messaging and positioning, we were able to update our buyer persona.
After using Expandi for more than 6 months, we haven't experienced any significant drawbacks. As a B2B company, advertising costs can quickly add up, but Expandi has proven to be a cost-efficient solution that helped us with sales, product and marketing goals."

Our agency tended to discover potentials of Expandi. We were very excited with what we read on their website. During the free trial, we realized that the tool is not suitable to generate leads on autopilot but needs more efforts than expected. Its additional functions were underperforming. Our C-suite decided to go with another tool and did not used the Expandi tool after free trial. However, Expandi charged monthly fees for months and got blind to our demands for refund.

Free trial, yes I got it. But after free trial, people can forget to cancel the subscription. We didnt use it after testing. But credit card info was there and it automatically charged us. It kept charging month after month without any use of it. When we discover, ooh, hundreds of dollars gone.

We asked for a refund, and they are not helpful at all. Support is very bad.

DO NOT USE EVEN FREE TRIAL!

In most cases, I do not write negative reviews on the internet but always try to help businesses grow with my positive feedbacks. But this time, unfortunately it did not go that way. As a Canadian Marketing Agency owner, I wanted to try Expandi.io to generate leads for my agency but ended up with an unbelievable disappointment not only with the weaknesses of the functions of the tool compared to its rivals but also with the poor payment process. After the free trial, despite the fact that I did not want to go on with Expandi.io, they kept charging 99 USD a month from my banking account until I got notified from my bank. I reached out to the Expandi.io customer service to claim a refund but they rejected to return unfair charges back to my bank account. When they see my reviews on the internet, they reached out to me saying that "If you delete your reviews, we will initiate the refund. After making me deleting the negative reviews, they told me that they cannot refund the payments but can offer me a 2-week-free-trial". I am really shocked with their strategy in handling their customers` requests. As an agency owner for decades, I have never seen such a amateur approach in customer relationships. If you are looking for a trustworthy tool to grow your business or marketing agency by generation leads without any headaches as well as getting a quality customer service that would professionally help you along the way, Expandi.io is definitely not a right address for you. It seems that Expandi`s Europe team does not know professional business standards of North America. What you see on Expandi`s website does not match what you experience in real life with them.

The homepage says it's "reliable" but it's not. The campaign just gets stuck and does not work, the support can't help and doesn't even know why the issue appeared. If you pay in full for the subscription and you stop it mid-billing period to avoid automatic payment and continuing the subscription to the next billing period, the tool just hides all your campaigns data and stops them. So essentially you don't get what you paid for, while the billing period you paid for is still in progress.

The documentation seems fine at the first glance, but when you start to really use the tool and it's features, you will learn that a lot of details are not described, support does not know the details too, and the worst part- the support will not even try to understand your request and issue, but instead will throw the docs links to you which do not help and sometimes are not even relevant to your request. That's when you are a paid plan user and pay 99$ a month.

Many important features do not work properly or do not work at all. Setting the use of variables is a nightmare even if you follow the docs, condition blocks can just make campaign leads stuck and not move further to any branch, in other words, your campaign will not be working at all.

Great Tool, good engagement with multiple new contacts, and brand awareness. Very satisfied, reaching to my KPIs as SDR. Highly recommended

I use this tool to improve my Linkedin account and find partners. The connector campaign is very helpful as I can search for people I may know to connect with them, and the automation helps me to achieve this goal with minimal effort, this is very important. The platform has templates, and I like that it's much easier to create messages and campaigns that work for me.
