Moved from Amsterdam to London in July and they lost 3 of my boxes. And now almost two months later, after a lot of attempts for me to get them back I have been ignored. Below I have added proof in screenshots of my contact with them and my invoice. My review on Google has clearly been reported by the company in an attempt to hide it.

Do not listen to al the comments from yesterday, its being set up by a rapper to boycot this company!
They helped me very good and everything was delivered

WATCH OUT!! First they want to get you in as a customer, but after if there is damage they are not home and dont take their responsebility!

This moving company is poor due to its inadequate customer service and the arrival of damaged goods.

TV and plant pots delivered with damage to our rapper thief! And then they say thief hasn't paid! Scandalous!

They brake everything they take from customer's and say that it isn't there problem

Never again television is broken my plant are broken you should never deliver ur stuff from location to location with these stupid guys mf.

They are not carefull with your stuff, break your things and take no responsibility for it. I definetely do NOT recommend!!!

Very very bad company don’t use it at all. All my items are damaged. Not worth it. I don’t want that other people will have the same issue!!!!!!!

My move went really well! I moved from Germany to the Netherlands and had to change the move date several times--the team was always kind and responsive. The move itself was easy, no complaints whatsoever. The team packed my things quite well and disassembled my furniture. I also used their storage services for a month while I found my new home. On this side, the team was amazing--they unpacked quickly and put reassembled my furniture, despite the fact that this apartment has very narrow stairs and is much smaller than my last. Expat Moving was up front with all costs and extra fees (storage and the fact that I moved an hour away from where I originally anticipated). It was worth every penny.

One star because none is not allowed. Non-existent customer service. We paid for an international moving plus a storage service for a month. We found plenty of rat feces and urine, soaking wet boxes were undoing themselves, their content was soggy and smelly, many items were broken or chewed by rats. Together with a general mishandling. Our new home had been unsafe to live in for over a week.

We filed a complaint 2 months ago attaching several pictures of the huge damage we experienced, and nobody has never got back to us. We tried to call several times, they didn't answer: they've just disappeared. Please avoid.

These guys are so professional. Super quick and super reliable. Very safe as I had some expensive music albums vintage. Well done! Superteam.

The team made moving so easy, look no where else, the team arrived early morning, were so professional, polite, really helpful and unbelievable value. Honestly can’t believe how easy the moving team made it. I would recommend the packing service, take the hassle out of it.
