Expeditionegypt Reviews

I specifically chose to travel with expedition Egypt because of a referral,
Amgad was the right person to plan our itinerary. He is an Egyptian American that has all the knowledge lending himself to be an expert on Egypt vacations. It was overall a great experience that was up to my expectations and more. Egypt was a bucket list trip and I’m so glad I chose to travel with a tour that considers every detail. More than that though, I am so glad to have met George our tour guide! I cannot overstate how great of a leader he is. His communication and care for the customer experience is stellar. Moreover, I feel like I made a new friend. Thank you for everything George.

I recently visited Luxor in Egypt

My trip to Egypt with Expedition Egypt was incredible. From the moment we arrived, expedition Egypt team, went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable and enriching experience. All the team including the representative in the airport Ahmed, bus driver Hassan, and the Tour Guide George were an excellent team. They shared so much about the history and culture of the country. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail and how they tailored the itinerary to our interests. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone and can't thank Amgad enough as a travel agent for making it such a special trip for us.

I've known Amgad of Expedition Egypt since 2013 as a man of integrity and character and recommend that you book with him.

Expedition Egypt was an incredible trip that I will never forget. From the moment we arrived in Cairo, we were transported back in time to ancient Egypt. Our guide, George , was knowledgeable and passionate about the country's history and culture, and he made sure that we saw all of the must-see sights, including the Pyramids of Giza, the Cairo Museum, and the temples of Luxor.
But what really made the trip special was the personalized attention that George provided. He went out of his way to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience, whether it was arranging for us to try authentic Egyptian food or taking us on a private tour of a local market.
Overall, I highly recommend Expedition Egypt for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the rich history and culture of this fascinating country. The team at Expedition Egypt truly knows how to show travelers the very best of what Egypt has to offer.

Wonderful experience. Sure I will visit Egypt again.

I recently went on a vacation to Egypt with Expedition Egypt and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They made sure to cater to all of our needs and preferences, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable trip.
The highlights of the trip included visiting the pyramids of Giza, touring the tombs of the Pharaohs in Luxor, and sailing down the Nile on a traditional felucca. We also had the opportunity to visit local markets, try authentic Egyptian cuisine, and learn about the rich history and culture of the country.
The accommodations were top-notch, with comfortable and stylish hotels and resorts throughout the trip. The guides and drivers were all professional and provided us with a safe and enjoyable journey.
Overall, I highly recommend Expedition Egypt for anyone looking to visit this amazing country. They truly made it a trip of a lifetime and I will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

This was the trip of a lifetime that I was able to have with my eldest son - an absolutely amazing experience. To be able to actually see the places and artifacts that I had read about and studied was truly phenomenal. Our hotels were great, the travel to and from sites was completely taken care of, we never felt unsafe or left to our own devices, and the itinerary was just right. But what made the experience so fascinating was our two guides - George in Luxor/Aswan/Abu Simbel and Alfred in Cairo/Memphis/Saqqara. They taught us history and context as they related to each site we visited and they indulged my myriad questions. They were both so incredibly knowledgeable and my questions were never ignored or unanswered. In addition, they shared their culture with us and treated us to some awesome dining experiences. We were reminded that Egypt is more than just ancient ruins.

I would recommend without reservation this tour experience. And "hats off" to George and Alfred our tour guides in Cairo and Aswan !!! I left feeling like I had made some great new friends. And I can't wait to try some homemade kushari.
