A gift from a dear friend that has FAILED

A gift from a dear friend for two of us to join a historic and folklore 3 hour cycling tour of Glasgow as we have just moved here.
No way of checking dates available on the website. An exchange of emails to check available dates and whether we could use our own bikes. So two vouchers redeemed but apparently the date chosen is now full up (only two dates given) and there are no more cycle tour dates until November. Very strange given that as an opportunity to earn money on cycle tours anywhere in Europe is going to be between weather friendly March and November. Reckon this is a scam. All emails read as if written by AI.
I have asked my friend to claim her money back as it was paid via credit card.

Avoid. Absolute Con !!!!!

Terrible customer service. Cannot get hold of anyone to book the experience but quick enough to take your money. Avoid !!! Experiences are un bookable. Never any response from them. Until they want more money to extend the year, and that’s done immediately. Absolutely awful. Don’t waste your time or money.

Poor customer service

I unfortunately allowed a 12-month voucher to expire, asked customer service the literal day after if there was any chance I could have the voucher reissued. Complete lack of empathy from customer service and generic, disinterested reply.

Lost money bad experience

Bought an experience day for our daughters birthday when she went to book it the lady said that she does not accept bookings from experience days as they do pay her and she has had to take proceedings to get her money. They are still advertising this exp[erience.

Great service from Experience Days…

Great service from Experience Days after I realised that time was running out on my Experience Day voucher. Weather conditions were against me. I contacted ED and was advised I could extend my experience for just £20. After a few emails, I received the link to pay the fee and can now happily wait until spring arrives in its full glory. Top marks to Garry for handling my request.

Charity Event

I had a charity event where i contacted experience days for a donation. They gave me Auction prizes which were incredible. i was given the option of choosing 3 prizes and i only had to pay for 20% less then the usual price. I managed to auction off 1 experience and they verified it instantly. All the experiences were received to display but not verified until confirmed. this meant i could also display them at the event for guests to look at prior to bidding. Overall this was a lovely thing for the company to do and i couldn’t have been happier. thank you 🩷

Poor service

I ordered two experiences as a gift along with a gift pack. The gift pack arrived with only one ticket enclosed and I had absolutely no reply to a chatbot message or to my email. This was not an insignificant purchase and I would expect far better service

Great customer service!

I had to contact customer services, as a spa venue had stopped taking Experience Days vouchers.

Garry resolved the issue straight away, issuing an immediate refund and a re-credit to my account.

Garry's comms were clear and professional. I was really pleased with the service I received. Thank you Garry.

WARNING: business not paid ...

I was gifted a spa break experience with Experience Days. I booked my experience, have the hotel all of the voucher details with plenty of notice. Had a wonderful time. 3 months later I was charged by the hotel because they had not been reimbursed by the company for the experience (we got charged because you have to give the hotel card details for any extras during your stay). Experience Days offered to help sort it out, I exchanged all details with them and they have now been ignoring me since September, after telling me the staff member dealing with it would be out of office for a week. I really didn't want it to come to this but I am not over £250 out of pocket for what was supposed to be a kind gift from a good friend. Take your business elsewhere!!!

Really impressed with Experience Days

Really impressed with Experience Days. Customer service was spot on and replied straight away. Loads of activities to choose from and everything was super easy to sort. Will 100% be back highly recommend.

This site is a 100% scam

This site is a 100% scam. They take your money, but the gift certificates are not valid, and they will not issue a refund. They also do not reply to emails, phone calls, or social media. Don't walk, run away from this company.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am a registered supplier on their website, but they have not paid me for the work I have done this year. They continue to sell my workshops to people with no intention of paying me. They have ignored my emails and letters and I will now be getting a debt collector involved!

Awful

Paid £180 for a hand gliding experience, also paid £20 to extend it. When I went to book was told it wasn't available.
Then chose a flying experience at Barton, again told not available. We contacted Barton directly and was told they don't deal with this company any longer as they hadn't been paid by them for some time. Contacted ED about this, they assured my they would remove the experience from the website....it's still on there today. They are now ignoring my request for refund and my emails. Avoid.

Update. As of today which is 4 weeks since Garry, the operations manager told me it's been removed, they are still advertising the 747 flying experience in Manchester that they cannot provided. I have raised a case with the CAB who has referred them to Trading Standards citing a potential criminal offence.
I have since sent further emails to Garry, but you guessed it- he's ignored me.
Absolute shocker of a company.
