SHAMEFUL!!! SCAM!!!Refusal to extend expired voucher after numerous failed attempts to redeem

I purchased a R3999 supercar (Cape Town) experience voucher for my son's 18th birthday on 24 October 2022. The first year, I repeatedly tried to redeem this voucher unsuccessfully due to unavailability of the experience on any dates he could use it. He moved to the USA the next year, came back every vacation and could still not get a booking. Over the following two years, I attempted to redeem this voucher for other experiences but there was always no availability or the experience was temporarily unavailable. After struggling for the past three years I requested an extension on the three years as I had attempted to use the voucher. This company refused- I don't understand the reason for their reticence- they have had my R3999 in their bank account for three years- nothing expired or decayed-this was not a commodity- this is theft and a very clever way of defrauding a trusting consumer. There is absolutely no way any legitimate business would not see that they cannot possibly expect customers to simply get away with what basically equates to THEFT!
