I managed to get my Expert PDF 14 Ultimate program activated with all features working. I had activation problems. Olivia was kind enough to get me a new license key. It worked. The program is feature rich.

Bought their software, and it looks really decent and like it can do a great many things, I would definitely reccomend it, however the sole reason for my purchase was that I needed something that was super simple, fast and easy to use to fill out and sign digital documents. It was a little counterintuitive and I was irritated that once again I was wasting time trying to figure out how to do this nonsense digitally instead of just printing and signing which would take less than 5min. So I deleted the app and went on their website to ask for my money back (they have a 30 day money back guarantee). There was a chat function. I spoke to the bot, who almost instantly put me in touch with Randy, who kindly put me through to Dane in the billing department. A total of 12 messages from me in this chat (including hello, thank you and goodbye) And as good agents should, they apologized and offered to help guide me and also offered me discounts, but I was pretty set on just wanting my money back and moving on. Within 10min my problem was solved and the money was back in my account. I'm extremely impressed and would highly recommend them! Thanks guys. I wish everyone was that efficient! :)

Can I give a minus rating? I invested in a lifetime Expert pdf Professional license and a perpetual OCR license. Neither product is reliable. The editing in the Expert pdf is hit and miss, while the OCR is trash. I still try to use the software, but regularly get notifications to activate and upgrade which really can’t be necessary for lifetime licenses. Avanquest customer service employees are very unhelpful and know little about their customers or their products. Quite shocking! Find somewhere else to invest your hard earned money!

When I purchased the basic product, it was not made clear that I had to spend more money to get OCR.
The OCR is TERRIBLE. I tried to convert a clearly typed document, and it only recognized every other line. I would like to get a refund, but I'm not holding my breath

Downloading the app was smoth and fast and I would have loved to use it. However I´m from Sweden and had difficulties with the language.
So I asked for help with finishing my subsciption. I got the best of help in the chat and was surprised about the great treatment and positive help I got.

These guys supplied a useful product with pretty good service.

My problem was resolved very quickly and better that i was expecting.

The product Expert PDF is very usefull , and when we need something ,somebody answers quickly and with solutions.

I couldn't make the ocr work. When I asked it convert PDF to word, it was not editable. When I asked to convert it to text, I got a blank page.

Expert PDF is a highly reputable product, I trust this product. Highly recommend.

Not only is Expert PDF an impressive tool, but the license also allows use on multiple PCs. I recently added a laptop to simplify my traveling and the company sent me a link to install the program on a second PC. They responded in less than a day.
