AVOID

AVOID at all costs, I made a mistake for buying because of the good price but never again.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever, completely unorganized, doesn't know what was delivered, sent me a parcel 20x more expensive, took more than 1/2 year to collect, and didn't honor their own schedule 2x. I'm still waiting for my purchase.

I do not recommend them at all

I do not recommend them at all. I’ve been struggling for 2 months with a washing machine that is still under warranty and has extra warranty as well, just to get a technician to come and check it. They scheduled an appointment and I’m already on the second one that they postponed. I don’t feel they care about their customers’ needs. And don’t even get me started on samsung.de — days and hours of explanations and still no solution.

I had an amazing experience at this store! 😀
They really focus on electronics and household appliances, and it shows. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, which made my shopping experience so much easier. I also appreciated the great in-store service; they went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed.
if you're looking for quality products and friendly assistance, this is definitely the place to go.

Good delivery and customer service

I bought a phone on their website. Everything went well:
- The shipment was fast
- After receiving the product, I realized the guaranteed free gift is not included, so I contacted their customer service. Quickly after I provided the photos of the package, they sent me another delivery of the free gift. Very nice and smooth!

Dishonest and misleading prices.

I was searching online for a pair of JBL vibe buds (Bluetooth earbuds). I found them on expert.de at a competitive price of 29.99€. I kept the web page open for an hour or two and came back to see the price had increased to 40.99€. When I searched for them directly on the website it would still come up at 29.99€ but as soon as you opened the link it switched to 40.99€.

I contacted the customer service and shared a screenshot to show them this misleading and dishonest situation. It is usually protected by customer laws in many countries, so the client gets the lowest price that was advertised.

They were not helpful and the worse part is that after checking one last time the product on their website I found out that the price had raised again to a new high of 49.99€! You can't make this up. It's now way above any other shops.

Would definitely not recommend shopping there.

Don't buy in Expert Brilon Germany, Never again,they can stick their Gutschein were the sun doesn't shine!

We bought yesterday 2 Telefons for the kids and a track watch each, the watch not too expensive. After setting everything up at home and trying it out it wasn't connecting, it couldn't pair or it wasn't compatible and we tried for 4 hours. Next day we went back and told them about the problem. I suggested to change the watches and we wanted to buy even more expensive watches as long as they were compatible. We were first helped by a man who didn't gave any interest of what he was doing. He was like whirling and talking to himself. Then a colleague came and try to help. But instead of helping she started shouting to me that I did not set up the telephone and they had time for this. Then the guy tried it and was complaining that our telephone was in English and he didn't understand a bit of it. Then he changed into German and he still didn't understand what he was doing. Meanwhile I suggested to take a more expensive watch but he responded with all the watches are the same you are going to take this watch!. I was shouted at several times by him and his female colleague. I stayed calm, which normally I will not. At the end of this whole story, after 1.5 hours swallowing my pride, he said I take them back here's a voucher. So that means I have to come back to this business? No, thank you stick it up there were the sun doesn't shine. I take the loss and never return in this shop.

All good

Big plus was the option to pay with PayPal interest free installments. However, the ordering process was not that smooth as after logging to PayPal, approving the purchase and returning to expert.de website, the process would hang. I had to repeat this several times in order to get through.
Another minus is that they offer only one shipping carrier (DPD) which limits the options to the customers as it's not as reliable as DHL and lacks the DHL Packstation option which for me is the best thing ever...
Other than that, prompt shipping and smooth overall experience.

False advertisement / BEST PREIS mit Top-Beratung

Well they advertise a iPad Air 2022 for 679€. As I’m from Denmark I can’t order online I wanted to pick it up In Flensburg Filiale.

I sent them a mail if they could make the same price? The answer was it’s not possible as that the price in another part of Germany. In Expert Flensburg it cost 769, but he could make it for 719€.

I guess the price warranty don’t cover expert themselves???

Other various shops sell it for 637,99€ + 4,90€ and one can be picked up in Hamburg. example comspot.de

NEVER AGAIN! SCAM. They sent me used headphones

In March this year, I ordered noise cancelling Sony headphones from expert.de because of the good price. After I placed my order, I received an email from them asking if I would also accept the used "show model" without an original box. I replied saying that I most definitely wanted to receive a new and packaged pair of headphones. They never replied and sent me a damaged package containing the used show model for a full price! I never got a response to my emails from them. WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN! Total scam!
