Cleaning Services

This company was employed by tenants for a deep clean at the end of a tenancy and they apparently carried out the clean soon after the tenants had left. The inventory was checked a couple of days later and their conclusion was that there had been no professional clean. One of the tenants came back to look and agreed with us that it was inadequate and asked the company to return. A date was given but they did not come back so we have had to have a complete clean done for the new tenants.
Carpets were supposed to have been cleaned and we don't believe they were even vacuumed.
Windows were supposed to be cleaned inside and these were not done.
We have given the company the opportunity to comment and to confirm that they actually did the work but we have yet to hear from them.
Frankly, I doubt that anything was done at all and if it was then the service is appalling and I would advise landlords and tenants alike to avoid them like the plague.
I have given one star as that's the lowest available but personally I am into minus territory.
I re-iterate - don't even consider using this company if you actually want a clean property.

A first-class, very thorough cleaning throughout a two bedroomed detached house in Chelmsford - including kitchen appliances, windows inside and out, sockets, ceiling light fittings, skirtings, etc. I am fortunate to have benefited from this friendly, reliable and extremely professional company. Excellent carpet clean, will be using them again

They are cheaper than the other companies in the area so I decided to try them and I was really impressed by the staff and the equipment they use. The job was completed professionally. Mike gave me a very good price for driveway and window cleaning. For sure I will use them again. Cheers

These guys really did a very professional general cleaning. The team was well organised and fast. They were 10 min late, but Mike called and let me know. Excellent job, very good communication, reasonable price! I will for sure use them again! Recommended!

Very friendly and good communication with the office. The cleaner just turned up and did his job, and I was more than greatful! As a busy mum all I wanted was a hassle free and professional service and that's what I found.

I do not recommend at all. Poor standard of work.

Great communication and customer service from the office team. Cleaners spoke poor English, too poor to follow directions on the phone and had difficulty locating my flats. I had to go and find one set of cleaners in a supermarket car park and the other in a local park. Hence they were late. This inconvenience aside, they were poorly equipped and one of the female cleaners rifled through one of my coats and stole £20. The office team were understanding and removed £20 from the bill. Two poor experiences led me to choose other services.

We will be using their services again. The engineer was very helpful, professional and polite.

Nice company to deal with. Generally good quaility work although they have a tendency to change appointments at short notice or fail to allocate sufficient time for the job to be completed and have to come back which can be annoying. The window cleaning and floor polishing of a high standard, the "deep clean" post building works was OK. Could have been a bit more thorough. I'd use them again.

I booked general cleaning including internal deep cleaning, roof cleaning on three story house and garden tidy up which is really hard job. They arrived with two vans and a lot of equipment so after 8 hours of hard work I can tell you that my house definitely is ready for sale.

Never showed up when pre booked. Never called. Appointment was for 10am and I then called them at 11am to find out where they were. I was simply told his driver phoned him to say he can't make it.

Will not be booking again!

Good price, arrived on time and the windows are now clean using special water and brushes that don't leave water spots.

Have used Expert for a central London flat for some years. Never a problem.

I normally have the husband and wife team, but this time around it was a different man, he was very thorough but I did have to ask him to do a few things again. I have always used this company and would recommend them to anyone, as they are good and competitively priced

Great to know that there is still good and reliable guys who know how to clean professionally.
