You purchased the Automated Webinars Deal on 19th March and in a couple of hours, you received a purchase confirmation email from one of my colleagues Peter Travis along with the information to access your account on the registered email address. Your registered email address is the user name for your account where the features of the deal are activated under Edna J White's Lifetime Community. However, we noticed you have been accessing the account under the community name Wounded to Wonderful which is different from your registered email address. This is a free account with limited access to the platform features and it is one of the reasons you might be experiencing limitations while accessing the features of the plan purchased by you. We recommend that you log in to access your paid account with the registered email address through which you purchased the lifetime deal.

We also reviewed your conversation history for the communication you had with the support team through chat and emails. Here, we noticed that the team has replied to all your chats and emails communications sharing links for our video library and article with steps on how to set up the feature for the questions asked by you. We provide limited coverage over the weekend; however, we ensure that you receive a reply within 24 hours on weekends. Moreover, we noticed that the support team requested you to elaborate in detail on what you wanted to accomplish on the platform and offered to guide you through the process; however, we see you haven't gotten back to us with this.

When you purchased the lifetime deal on 19th March, you were sent an email in a few hours which shared all the information that explains how we can assist you to launch in 10-days. On 22nd March, we sent the email where we shared 2 webinar funnel recommendations with you. We noticed that you reached out to chat support on 23rd March inquiring that you haven't received the next email in sequence; however, my colleague Pratik Shelar confirmed that the email was sent out to you which you found in your mailbox while still on chat with the support team. You mentioned that you will be reviewing the contents of this email.

After this contact, we received the next email from you on 28th March where you got back to us with 2 webinar title suggestions. We reviewed the titles shared by you and you received an email from Alex on the very same day confirming that they were good titles and you can go ahead with them. We wanted to bring to your attention that our email dated 19th March explains that the 10-day launch starts once you decide on the webinar title and the design. The success of launching the process in time also depends on your timely participation. You got back to us after a delay of 6-days where we could have started sooner. I have checked the emails we have sent you to date and all the information you need to help you get started has been shared within them.

Also, we want you to know that the weekly live webinar is only an additional resource where the host provides live assistance to anyone who needs help arriving at the webinar title and this is not a part of the launch program.
