Full marks to sales and installation team. Very professional and left the site spotless.
We encountered a communication problem with the battery from day 1. The after sales technical support was very disappointing.No contact with technical support for two weeks, by the time Tammy was on the job, Deye were still saying there wasn't a problem. Nothing was done to resolve the problem for another two weeks while staff were on holidays. Tammy was right onto it as soon a business opened again. We were probably unlucky as technical support were not getting an alert from the battery system. Once Dan from the installation team got all the information it was fixed within 30 minutes. Tammy was so helpful and kept pushing Tech Support.
We are totally satisfied with the system now and it is out performing our expectations.

Fantastic experience from initial conversation through to completion of job installation. I have an older system still working fine and was looking at a battery set up. I was shown all the relevant data on how the panels would work given its going on the southern side and work around with my exisitng system.
The installation team were friendly polite and had good quality workmanship.
Once im ready to expand my battery system i will be calling expertsolarsolutions to look at my needs. I felt they went above and beyond my expectations
