Using this for my ebook sales. The authorization rates are actually better than what I had before. My only minor complaint is that the affiliate marketplace could have better search filters, but as a merchant, I'm happy with the stability.

I received a message on my phone asking to verify my cell phone number that I have had for the last 26 years. I clicked on the link and it brought me to the explodely.com. I decided to give it a try, but ALL of my cards for the exception of my bank card declined asking if this was a fraud purchase. I tried with Chime, Cashapp, and Paypal...all declining and asking if I made this purchase. In my experience, I usually do not have 3 different ways of payment declining asking if I made this purchase or is it fraud. Fortunately, I did not pursue any further payment. I immediately went to trust pilot to see what others had to say about this and I am thankful that I did not go through with it. I want to take a second and thank all of you for putting your experiences and thoughts down, because you all just saved me a bunch of headaches and frustration.

I haven't received my refund and my tickets keep getting marked as closed when infact they are far from resloved.this company is a scam that takes your money and doesnt refund it. They say the seller will assist me and then the seller tells me to send an email to support. Support does nothing and tells me to reply to the seller. What type of sick joke is this? Your refund policy states i can get a refund so why cant I seem to get my refund. There are laws about this. Do I need to have you contacted by my attorney?

I have to give it to explodely and their customer service department. They are amazing at handling unruly, customers and fixing bad situations. Then also helping me with getting a refund. I mean I know how unhinged and straight rude. I can be.
Yet they still helped me through the situation and to get my refund with straight ease. Which I got it immediately. Thanx again and still sorry over the way I was. Lol

It was very confusing to me & not Crystal clear. As they tell you to listen to the recording which they tell you you don’t need to pay any money to claim the Z9 Profit accounts funds that is added once you activate your account but before you activate it you have to pay a fee to do that. Then they ask you to pay another fee this is the confusing part to me as there was no $281.00 profit to claim once my account was active. I find it deceiving the public. Not at all professional or trusting. Please correct me & explain why.

Purchased a workout program from an influencer on insta today and it took me to an explodely checkout. Honestly had never heard of them before so I kept an eye on my chase app right after to make sure I wasn't double charged or put on some weird hidden subscription. Everything was fine though. I actually accidentally closed the browser tab before saving the PDF, but their email receipt had a backup link right at the top so it saved me. fast and secure, no complaints.

I was unable to follow their directions due to my inexperience, but with the help of their technical staff, the refund was generated. I appreciate the added effort it took for this to happen. Well, I was apprehensive from the beginning, but I fell for all the add on things thinking I needed them to continue to go. I was hooked, then I was having a hard time getting everything setup that it became frustrating for me. I started to ask for refunds, but they kept trying to keep going and were giving me free add ons to keep me interested. It got to the point where I got setup on some social media sites and had no clicks or luck. I felt bad that it felt like I was soliciting buyers. I again requested full refunds b4 the 60 days was up and they responded everytime but no action was really taken until I was really upset with no action that I was about to contact BBB. Action moved after that. I didn’t want to go there, but if I had to I would. It was a rough experience for me, but hopefully they get it figured out for others. Could have been better but could have been worse, that’s for sure. Good luck to others..

Moved a couple of my fitness ebooks over to explodely last month to test the waters. Setup was mostly straightforward, linking my bank for direct deposit was easy enough. My only gripe is the dashboard analytics seem to lag by like 15-20 minutes during heavy traffic pushes, which is a bit annoying when you're tracking live ad spend. But the fees are fair and payouts hit my account on time every wednesday without fail. solid option overall, just needs a small tech tweak on the reporting side.

When I purchased the system it started out that it was only $47 then they said you have to have this other system for $147 then another for $97 then another for $97 that's when I stopped an started requesting a refund for all of my $388.00 that was spent on this system that was absolutely not at all what they was offering me on the video this was a system where if I would have kept going would have costed me a fortune now that I have been requesting a refund an sending in these tickets they keep trying to offer me free products an free training I do not want any of that I have ask them on the tickets to please just send my money back an I been doing this day after day for over. Week an a half an still get the same response over and over offering me free training which I do not what I just want my money back this is the worst business I have ever dealt with not customer service at all

This company is terrible with customer service. After watching the 2 hour long video (that was a sales presentation, and a waste of time) I decided I wanted a refund. It took 15 emails and a stern tone to accomplish this. They wanted me to answer a bunch of questions on why I wanted a refund, then tried to sell me more stuff. I’d beware of this company.
The apology added is a crock. They are trying to cover their a** so other customers don’t see the negative review. Don’t fall for it, it took 15 emails to get a refund. Should have taken 1. Standard Operating Procedures will this company are to stall. Beware. They offered me $10 to remove my negative review! Ha!

You did nothing at all. I asked and submitted for a refund on several of your products. You are a clickbait program that encourages people to spend more money by making them watch a damn 30 minute long video every time they try to log in. Your customer service sucks horrible and I can tell it is a auto generated response because all though I did what they asked it came back with the same response. I spent over $500 for upgrades that promises to do everything for you and they do absolutely nothing!!
