A week later, they informed me that my ticket had been resolved and is now closed.
I have reopened my ticket, stating the obvious: How can you close my ticket when I HAVE NOT RECEIVED a refund?
P.S., Does anyone know how to legally resolve this foul situation?

Right now nothing to say. It does take time to set everything up and I understand that. In one week I will have to think that their videos are based on the government. If it works a little send it out and if we have a chance we will fix it.
I'm 67 years old and thought I was signing up for real help. Instead, all I got were videos asking for more money. No service, no support, just links and charges. I never clicked anything to approve, yet my card was hit twice while I was asleep. No phone number, just automated replies from Matt Scott. I've been around a long time but this felt like trickery. I am embarrassed I fell for it. Nothing real ever came through.
I've switched to FIFTH & heaven. They've kept their word every time. That's all I ever ask.
If I could give zero stars I would. The guys I dealt with were both pompous asses. They don't tell you upfront that you must invest $4000 and they don't care what means it would take. They tried to convince me to get an increase on my credit limit just to get that $4000. Even had me apply for an American express card and also had me puchase an unneeded laptop for $200. Very unprofessional and big bullshitters they were. Sorry you didn't get this $4000 sale. The loss of $38.99 plus the laptop was more than enough that I couldn't afford. Shame on you!!
Do not click on this site! I signed up for a $12.97. I did not click any of the dozen up-sells. I declined all of the up-sells. However, as soon as I received a receipt for the $12.97 product it was followed immediately by a charge of $147 for Commission Bot 5 Upgrade. I contacted the support department as soon as I saw the charge. They assured me there was a 60-day guarantee, but didn't I want to use the product first. I said no, I wanted a refund or I would contact my bank to dispute the charge. Their next response was that I needed to show that I had used the product before I could receive a refund. BOGUS guarantee! Do not fall for this scam.
Don’t waste your time and don’t give the money—-you will lose it possibly. The only thing you get is how to set up a page supposedly to make money. It is somewhat hard to follow the instructions. They want your money and they start small and it keeps increasing every time you turn the page they want more Money. I think one page they wanted $3500-$4900. And the way you get your money refunded is set up the page and show them that you are making it work. God help you if you fall for this “scam”.
Why can't we give them what they deserve and that is a no/zero star rating. Explodely mishandles and does not update as requested. When you call the 0-wit that answers the phone tells you to call back after 10 pm. If there is not a govt agency to control their handling of sensitive information and keeping it that way there soon will be. How can they be allowed to handle sensitive financial information without guidelines for doing so?
Scam, the seller charged me fraudulently after I purchased $9 product, and I clicked to continue without adding the automated setup but they charged me $129 for the automated setup after I clicked on Continue without automated setup. They won’t refund me been at it for 2 full weeks, they keep sending the same email. explodely won’t help either, they keep sending emails to say the issue has been resolved when it hasn’t. They are all scammers people DO NOT PURCHASE anything from EXPLODELY.COM they are a FRAUD together with their sellers!
Can't get my money back! I've been on my phone for the past 3 or 4 days with the same bullshit emajls about if i need help with the products to email this person or support team or seller! They keep saying tickets are resolved! No they are not!!! I just wanted to add this...I purchased 6 products from different sellers which began on the 14th. I have been on my phone every day since then! I've been reading the reviews in here. Wow...they are literally ripping us off! I have received a refund on each company that I bought through Explodely. On one in particular, was altogether over 230 dollars. That specific program said it was easy. And it was, until I had to put together an Instagram page and I just did not understand how to do it. I asked for my money back and it was refunded within a day or two. However, since then I've tried to do a few more that are suppose to be easy and cheap but the fraud department at the banks I use are turning them down. I think it is because of supposed unbiased bad reviews by certain companies. If I were Explodely, I would sue them for slander and libel.
There is no improving for this company since they are only trying to make quick money and will not give any refunds. I have bought several products that were being sold through Explodely and every one of them has turned out to be a scam. I will never buy another product where I see that they have anything to do with it. No business should be allowed to operate the way Explodely does.
it is impossible to get a refund through Explodely..first you make a ticket explaining what the problem and they send the problem to the creator and mark the ticket as resolved,so you reopen the ticket because nothing was resolved and around and around we go..it is a never ending vicious circle where nobody will take responsibility,,explodely has shared information with the vendors on how to create auto responses to reply to these tickets so you get a lot of the same generic responses,,during my research i discovered the article that explodely shared so both them and the vendors are in cahoots or in bed together on this scheme, how to NOT refund and since explodely is actually the party that took the money and gave the reciept then they should be just as liable as the vendor in returning our funds that were taken with no intention of returning the money....however i saw where you can file a complaint against them with the Better Busines Bureau and people were getting their refunds, that is where i

Total scam. I never got to the account dashboard due to payment failure on their app. I checked with my banks and they had never received a request for payment from this company. I have requested refunds and they just keep sending me links to videos I have seen a dozen times.

In my opinion, this company is a scam!
After making your initial $19.99 purchase, you'll see a charge for $38 on your account.
Then comes the upgrades the first was $129. Once I said yes, I was charged $143.
Then comes a second upgrade for an additional hundred-plus dollars. I was fed up after that. 😡 Then decided I no longer wanted this program! if I had to pay nearly $300 for a product that was supposedly $19.99.
I immediately sent an email requesting a refund. Their response (below) was ridiculous, irritating, and frankly, made me angry. Read their stupid reply to my refund request below:
"I understand your request for a refund, and I'd be happy to assist you. As part of our refund policy, we require proof that you have applied the program before processing any refunds. This ensures you've had the opportunity to test the system and follow the steps provided.
You can provide any of the following as proof of application: a screenshot or link showing a social media post related to the program; proof that you've created an affiliate account on Hotmart (a screenshot of your dashboard works); or a Google Sheet or Excel file tracking your progress and actions taken from the training.
Once we receive this, we'll be able to move forward with your request. If you've run into difficulties applying the program, I'd also be happy to guide you through it.

You have got to be kidding me right! My advice is: don't do it! After reading the one star reviews I realize this program is a scam and my card company helped me get my money back!

I signed a contract with them for services that do not exist. I only get automated responses from Matt Scott. Customer services has replied though. Thought I was actually going to get assistance, they sent me a link to a an admin website, but there was no information. Everytime I asked for assistance, I was sent another link to the same videos asking for more money to deliver services. And I rewatched the end of the video where they said I gave an affirmative response. One “affirmative” response I never pressed the button to affirm. The second “affirmative” response there was no button to confirm. I fell asleep during the video, and woke up to two more charges on my credit card. This is either a scam or an extremely disorganized company. They only send videos asking for more money, and the only thing that was delivered were broken promises.
I have been trying to get a refund for 3 purchases and I had to creat a ticket with seller as they are a 3 party company. The seller emailed the same messages trying to get me to buy another product instead of giving me a refund like I asked. This has been going on since may 28th and when you call customer service they say they can't do anything about and you need contact seller!!! This is the worst service ever and I will be contacting my lawyer because, the seller is sending automatic messages that are the same and trying to scam me at the same time.
