1st Class Service

Following my visits to Exploratours in planning my holiday for me, it was a true delight to walk in and know I am greeted with genuine customer service, which has not been seen for a long time, and the fact that both Glen and Gabby bend over backwards to ensure you are happy and advise you and help you plan your holiday, regardless as to whether it is one day, one week or one year, they can handle it and more!!!
The customer service was also off the scale. I mean the "positive" scale, to the point of being in the store for over 2 hours, and let me tell you, it was the best experience ever. I am sure you do not hear too often from customers, especially these days! I enjoyed the planning with Gabby and Glen.
They give you impartial advice, but to know that a small high street travel agent is still around is so reassuring, and let me tell you, they are not expensive. Over the past two years during Covid and the non-existence of travelling and then slowly coming out and with rules changing daily Exploratours was and is in complete control of the latest information, so please forget this spending online for three days trying to get the best quote, because travelling these days entails a lot more than price and a lot of covid relating and certificates and they manage this for you.
Both Gabby and Glen(The Famous Duo) were friendly and approachable, professional, polite, and helpful. Still, most importantly, they listened to what I was saying and got to know me to match my needs. When they spoke, it was so factual re their knowledge that I felt I was at college again and wanted to take notes. I got blown away by the personal service, care, and attention, and I could see why they do their jobs so well and are full-time staff members and so well deserved.
I enjoyed being in the store. They were making it an experience for me, an experience of not something I had to do but rather when and if I wanted to. It was a case of me saying to myself; I will enjoy spending my money here as they were true to the brand, company, and to me, the customer and that cost have no number/value. I can assure you of that. I started to feel at home and began to feel like a little boy in the toyshop.
The service was incredible, and then I realised I should leave the shop before I started finding a corner to work, having been so welcomed that much. So service-driven, knowledgeable re the product, polite and undoubtedly exceeded themselves in their jobs, and I was utterly blown away by not only being treated as an individual but someone who they could relate to and understood my needs, concerns, upsets and issues, WHICH I CAN NOT AND HAVE NOT Found it anywhere out there these days. It is a sheer delight to say that they are true Ambassadors in this field.
Honestly, I cannot praise this Agency enough, and these two particular individuals, and thank GOD for such a great company owned and run by Mr Shah, who is so lovely and helpful himself and also wants to see you happy and not just £££.
My happiness is beyond control. Thank you both; they are so rare to find these days and are waiting gold.
