see my review in November. Still no response from Explore Outdoors so asked my bank to do chargeback, which was successful in getting my money back.
Avoid this company, it looked too good to be true and it wasn't

January 2019 went to buy a coat I had seen on their website: The male I assume owner of the shop ignored us , stood next to me without saying a word and effectively walked me out of the shop for no obvious reason. I was ready to buy a £200 North Face coat. Psychological bully I would say, intimidating and awful, Went round the corner to another shop and bought a coat. Avoid horrible person.

Explore Outdoors was amazing - I bought a last-minute Christmas present for my daughter - a North Face 30L suitcase ordered 19 December and delivered next day on 20 December, which was crucial as we were going away. They also had the best price for this item on-line. So thanks Explore Outdoors, I will be back!

Fantastic Service from Explore Outdoors. Ordered after 11pm Weds, confirmed before 10am on Thursday and delivered morning Friday and all in the last few days before Christmas. Brilliant!!

I had a wobbly start due to an error with my order, but this was quickly rectified. They then provided next day delivery FOC on a subsequent order as a gesture of good will. Very professionally dealt with. Will use again.
