I ordered item which was competitively priced. My only gripe is their communication. Whenever I phoned to enquired on delivery but always voicemail. Two emails were a similar experience with no feedback on the delivery schedule. Item arrived OK, just sheer luck I was in.

I ordered a jacket from explore outdoors then read the reviews! I was very worried but no need to be the jacket arrived very quickly and great communication back and forward via e mail. I would definitely recommend.
Do not use Explore Outdoors!
After putting in an order, I waited for two months, and it still hasn't arrived. Not only that, but after requesting a refund a week ago, I still haven't been refunded.
I have sent numerous emails to them throughout the whole process - they have always responded, at first saying the bag was delayed, but would definitely be there in the next few days. Of course it wasn't.
And now they don't process my refund. Avoid Explore Outdoors at ALL COSTS!

I wish I had read the reviews here before buying online from them. I now face a lengthy battle to get my money back for a product I have not received.They take the money without dispatching goods. No email confirmation. Phone is either straight to voice mail or they don't answer the other line. Just rings and rings.No reply via email.

Ordered a North Face jacket first week of October for a birthday gift mid November, still not arrived , no answer to emails, no answer on the phone, just a voicemail to email them !!!
If not resolved by end of this week then Trading Standards will be my next step, I am beginning to doubt this company even exists !!!
Amazing service with excellent prices
Amazing service with excellent prices. I wasn't sure if i should trust them at first but I am always very positive about buying from new sources. They have secure payment method with world pay and support pay pal. I have bought a North Face jacket and received my product very quickly. I had to contact their customer service and I must say, response are very fast and people on the other side are very professional. Totally recommending, great products, fast delivery and amazing customer service.

Ordered a jacket at a decent price and then read the reviews! Having seen the reviews I tried to contact via phone but just answerphone, then e mailed and had a reply within two hours. The package arrived with in the times scale and the jacket is fantastic. Great service from Explore Outdoors.
Ridiculous
Ridiculous. Ordered a North Face jacket weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Tried to phone - an answering machine informs you you have to e-mail. Awful service - still waiting for jacket / refund.

For my experience with this company
For my experience with this company, it's was 10/10 and I couldn't really fault it. The Northface Jacket that I bought for my daughter was £30 cheaper than ordering direct from Northface and delivery was super quick. I think 48 hours and it was easy to track my parcel online.
If you're unsure just email the seller and check if they have the item in stock before ordering. I always do that when I buy an expensive item online from a seller that I'm not familiar with. For this company, I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I ordered a jacket 3 and a half weeks ago and I still have not received it and the contact number for them is just an answering machine and tells you to email them which I have also done and had no reply!!! Not recommended I have lost out on £155

TERRIBLE SERVICE
Ordered a jacket costing £93.60 on 16th April.
Payment was taken on 17th April.
Jacket arrived 24th April.
Wrong size. Tried phoning company to find out about returns.
Phone permanently on answerphone.
Emailed and asked for a returns form.
Reply: just type address etc on a piece of paper and return the jacket.
Did so by Royal Mail tracked mail.
28th April - jacket was received by Explore Outdoors and signed for.
From then until 22nd May the following happened. No refund received:
Told the following.
They were overwhelmed with returns.
Told there was no trace of the return
Emailed them with the tracking details.
Order found and was told there was a problem with their accounts system and they would not be able to credit my bank card.
They would send a bankers order if I emailed them all my bank details.
I did not want to give these details by email.
Eventually cheque was offered. I reluctantly agreed and asked for it to be send Royal Mail tracked.
All they did was send it by 1st class post in an envelope. Nothing else, no apology for poor service.
I would never use this company again and do not recommend it.
Explore Outdoors? - Never again!
In early May 2018 I ordered NorthFace Recon backpack (discounted backpack). After couple of days I called ExploreOutdoors as apart from confirmation of order nothing else appeared in my email box (I expected to get dispatch note shortly after).
Sadly, I could not reach anybody, just received auto message that the other way of contact is an email. Okay, I wrote down question but hardly I received answer (no response). Contacted PayPal. Then I get reply from EO with apologies, as well I have been told that delayed delivery should shortly arrive to the shop. 10 days after I ordered it suddenly I received .... but guess what? Refund. Unforgettable experience. Will never ever suggest it to friend or relative.
Be aware, how business like this can exists - question mark for me. I just do not want to waste more time, otherwise I would report it to TradingStandards (this however is time consuming and not really have emotions for this, not to mention the time). Shame, shame and once again shame.
