By mistake, by accident, I somehow ordered a VIP membership, I immediately wrote to the help center by email. They quickly fixed it, but I haven't received my money back yet. So if you don't evaluate the site's services, you don't get your money back, this part is not clear to me?

I was offered to buy coffee capsules and then was transferred to your site. Maybe it's my mistake, but I expected those capsules to arrive. It seem it was some kind of entrance fee. Like I said, maybe I didn't understand the offer, but I'm not happy.
