From the moment we contacted Explorer's Passage to discuss our Inca Trail Adventure, we knew we were working with an exemplary company, we had a fabulous experience with everyone involved, particularly the owner Jeff Bonaldi. There was not one thing I would change about this trip.....the accommodations, the transportation, the drivers, the restaurants, the porters, the guides (Wilbur was the kindest, smartest, most interesting guide and his Quechuan heritage and pride contributed so much to our experience of this amazing culture)...I could go on and on. Book with Explorer's Passage...you will receive top-notch attention and advice and be in excellent hands throughout your adventure. We hope to book further adventures with Explorer's Passage.

It was our first time using a tour company and it was due to the complexity of booking all arrangements and permits for Peru and Machu Picchu that we decided to use Explorer's Passage. We had no regrets. The details and the level of arrangements that Jeff handled for us was beyond anything I could have done alone. Driver's, mountain lunches, permits, guides, cooking lessons. Based on our family's interests he knew just the right itinerary to bring forward and it was truly perfect.

Many thanks to the 'Dream Team' at Explorer's Passage for such a memorable trip! The logistics were flawless and Wilber, our guide, was amazing...his wealth of knowledge about the Quechua people was awe-inspiring and his dedication to make this trip extra special for us two was second to none! Kudos! 👍

Explorer's Passage made our W trek adventure not only possible but seamless and amazing. It was clear from the start that they had thought of everything - from the transfers to tickets to gear. We were very prepared from all their detailed checklists and training guide. And we knew what to expect from all our pre-trip calls and emails. The level of detail in all they do is remarkable. We were able to enjoy the adventure that much more because we had so much trust in their guidance as well as execution of all those details.

Doing the W trek was life changing for us and opened our eyes to a whole new way to travel. We are so grateful to Explorer's Passage for all their work to make it happen.

Highly recommend Explorer's Passage. The W Trek accommodation is run by different companies and it was hard to coordinate the bookings on-line. Explorers's Passage took all that hassle out of our booking and tailored the dates and accommodation choices to suit our needs and personal preferences. Emails were promptly answered as we planned our trek. We had some minor last minute questions on the last few days before our trek and everything was promptly answered. Nothing was too much trouble.
On the trek, everything went very smoothly and as planned. All bookings and meals were as expected. We were picked up from our accommodation in Puerto Natales and dropped back there after the trek.
The trek itself was amazing - such a beautiful part of the world.

Had an amazing trip with Explorers Passage. Everyone from the start was so friendly and courteous and this got even better when we arrived in Chile. Guides, drivers and hotel staff were out of the world.

Couple this with the stunning scenery and it's one of my top vacation ever!
