Parcel delivered today, first order and definitely will not be my last. Excellent service from start to finish. Given information about product before ordering on request. Had a problem after order whereby order didn’t appear to have gone through, rang customer services who answered right away and dealt with my query putting my mind at ease quickly. Received confirmation email. Received email from Yodel with delivery day and could track driver to make sure home. Best but was opening parcel. Excited to see the weighted neck giraffe which was beautiful, hand clappers which my son with love and a thank you gift which made my day and a think brochure which was also a nice touch. All in all can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

I bought a couple of fidget toys from this company and paid for next day delivery via DPD. Unusually I didn't receive any tracking information, either from Explore Your Senses or DPD. In the end I had to phone them which is why I took a star off, but they were able to give me tracking information and the order was sent out and delivered on time. So excellent service, they just need to update customers - especially important for paranoid autistic people! The range of toys is extensive, although geared mainly towards children, but some are useful for stimming adults, too. Altogether a good company to deal with, I can recommend.
