What you order and what you receive are totally different. I ordered a green hoodie that looked dark green and nice on their site and received a pale green faded thing that looked likes it’s been washed 30 times and faded

Really bad delivery time lines and when you email you get answers to questions you never asked.

Ultimately, when the t shirts do arrive, they appear to be nice quality until you notice they are effectively 2 tone due to the ironing process that is used to seal the logo on.

Due to snarky customer service and two tone colouring, I wouldn't order again. Never mind the SPAM level of marketing once you sign up.

Do not ship out or respond to any messages. Shit show of a company!

Don’t order from this company! Took a week to post my order. I used the tracking app they gave me which says it has been delivered yet I had no parcel. Emailed them 3 times in a week asking for proof of delivery no answer. So I went to instagram and finally got through to someone who said Royal Mail and delivered it to a customer service point but no card left and no idea where it is. I asked for another delivery but they have gone silent. Then get a email response saying the system says my parcel is delivered! Clearly no one has a clue what’s going on with orders and now they have gone silent again. Tried asking for a refund and no surprise no response. Do not use this company

If you're looking to be spammed via sms for all of time, this is the place.

Made a purchase a few years ago and started getting text messages every week, then every few days. It was endless.

I used the stop / unsubscribe options but they clearly don't work. I've blocked the number they text from and reported it for harassment and fraud, they send me approx 5-10 messages a month, I currently have about 200 for the last 2-3 years in my block list.

Awful! Very poor quality item. Different sized arms on jumper and threads coming loose on it already.
Zero response from them after emails so 1 star as least I can give. AVOID

A few years ago I had issues with this company didn’t receive all my items and was down a lot of money then a few weeks back. I received a message. Explained my situation the person who I was talking to was extremely helpful and understanding. They spoke to your manager and I finally received goods to the amount of the order I had made and I am so pleased it would seem the new management taking over has to rectify the problems from before yet, they didn’t have to they honoured my order they sent out as soon as they could, and the communication was extremely sufficient.

Had a few items from the day they started service was fantastic then went down hill drastically.
But now recently ordered 3 tops on offer 48hr delivered fantastic service keep it up guys

Don’t lose your money! When you buy on offer the will cancel your order. Customer service a complete joke.

Order took a long time to arrive and multiple emails were ignored. When it did arrive, the quality is terrible. The print on the t shirt started rubbing away after one wash and the joggers are a really weird fit and have ripped along the seams already. Won’t be buying from them again.

My daughter and I made 2 orders, after months of waiting we received 1 item out of each order, and was told the rest would follow. I've a long chat with them on what's app, asking where our items are, to be told they would be dispatched soon. In March I started the conversation, 24th August after lots of messages I was told I would get our refunds, but we didn't get them either. They've taken our money, not supplied the clothes, or issued the refund. Would never buy from them again or recommend them, which is a shame, as in the past their clothes were good

£120 in orders. Received part of it. Ordered in February, still no sign 7 months later. They sent an email which promised delivery in 10 days, still no sign of delivery. Great clothing, abysmal customer service and delivery.

Quality is RUBBISH. No customer service and you wait 2 months after ordering. A complete disgrace. My joggers came with a large hole in them-customer service just ignore me. Should be shut down as they are a SCAM

Ordered a hoodie 6 weeks ago. Was told it would be despatched in 3to4 days. Still waiting. Have emailed 3 times without response. Sent 2 WhatsApp, received 1 response with the same message as when I 1st placed my order 6 weeks ago. Still no hoodie.
