Was struggling to download the comments on Facebook/Instagram posts as part of a giveaway.

Since last year (2020), I have been using exportcomments.com, their export comment feature is awesome and their API service and support team is wonderful. I am using their API service with my Node.Js backend which allow me to export almost unlimited comments form most of the highly used social media platforms like facebook, instagram, youtube.

Easy to use and reasonably priced tool great for selecting winners of Instagram giveaways. As a social media manager myself, I find Export Comments quick and user friendly. Would recommend to others looking to export instagram comments to CSV files in order to select winners for social media giveaways.

This is an excellent tool which helped us to scrape entries for competitions we ran across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

I love this service! It has made my life a lot easier :) I used to try to export comments by hand for giveaways on IG and YT but as my accounts grew that became wayy too difficult! This service saves me a ton of stress and time so TOTALLY worth it. It's very easy to use for all platforms, which makes it better than some others like this who don't include for example youtube or facebook. I'm a big fan.
I would love an option of a membership with maybe one time per month to export, as I run giveaways quite often but don't need to have the service available every day of the week/month. totally recommend.
