Worst Experience Ever – Beware of EXPORTERS INDIA!

Do not waste your time or money with this company. Our (luksaraglobal.in) experience with Weblink has been extremely disappointing and has caused significant losses to our business and also their executive threat us.

It has been almost one year since we paid approximately ₹28,000 for the development of our brand's export website, and to this day, nothing has been delivered. Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances, we were continuously given new excuses and revised timelines that were never honoured.

Initially, we were strongly encouraged to purchase a package worth approximately ₹1,21,000. We declined and chose to proceed with the ₹28,000 package, making it clear that we would consider additional services only after satisfactory delivery. However, instead of completing the agreed work, we were repeatedly pressured to purchase another package worth approximately ₹1,89,000.

The most concerning aspect relates to our domain name. After we refused to purchase additional services, another individual claiming to be associated with the matter contacted us and stated that they were speaking with GoDaddy and that if we did not renew through Weblink, our domain could be resold by Weblink to another party. Subsequently, a Weblink executive conveyed similar statements regarding our .in domain, initially demanding approximately ₹15,000 as the renewal charge and later reducing the amount to ₹8,000.

We strongly dispute these demands and believe that these incidents raise serious concerns regarding transparency, ethical business practices, and fair treatment of customers. We possess records of communications, invoices, payment receipts, and other supporting evidence relating to these matters, and we are already in the process of taking appropriate legal action.

Save yourself from this nightmare. Do NOT work with Weblink.

I registered with Exporters India with full trust, believing their promises of professional service and genuine results. I opted for their “Star Plan”, which was supposed to provide me with:
• 4 leads per month,
• A well-designed SEO-friendly website,
• And a custom catalogue to help grow my business.

All of these promises were made confidently by their representative Prabhakar.

Reality? It’s been over 2 months and I’ve received ZERO leads, ZERO results, and a completely worthless experience.

The website templates they shared with me were terrible, outdated, and nowhere near modern standards. A 16-year-old could build a better site on Wix for free. I shared examples of websites I liked and asked them to design something similar — but they told me I could only choose from their 30-40 garbage templates unless I paid extra money. Why would I pay more after already paying for a “premium” plan?

When I asked Prabhakar for a refund multiple times due to non-performance, he would always dodge the question or change the topic, pretending like the issue didn’t exist. His communication completely disappeared after payment was made. All promises vanished into thin air.

This company is all about false commitments, lazy execution, and zero accountability. Please stay away from Exporters India unless you want to waste your hard-earned money and get nothing in return.

Over 30 days, I documented systematic deception, fake leads, and deliberate non-delivery. Here's what actually happens:
THE FRAUD:

Fake Leads Proven
You receive inquiries marked "inactive for 9+ months." When you contact prospects, they report: "We never opened this platform," "Someone is using our account without permission," "We never submitted this inquiry." ExportersIndia generates fake inquiries using hijacked customer profiles to create the illusion of lead flow. This is data fraud.

Promises Made, Nothing Delivered

Onboarding pitch: "Fresh verified international leads," "Client meetings arranged," "Daily fresh opportunities."
Reality: Outdated recycled inquiries, zero meetings, zero genuine support. The Export Manager doesn't manage anything—they ask YOU to verify lead quality while collecting their salary.

Deliberately Avoiding Accountability

All promises are made VERBALLY during onboarding. When you demand proof, they say: "Nothing was documented, so technically we promised nothing." This is intentional deception—they avoid written documentation specifically to escape liability.

They Refuse Refunds

Despite clear service failure, they hide behind corporate jargon: "Markets depend on buyer activity," "We're a platform, not a guarantee." Translation: "We took your money, delivered nothing, and you can't prove it in writing because we never committed to anything in writing."

Who Benefits?

Their Export Managers who do zero work but collect fees. Their system that artificially inflates lead metrics to attract new victims.

Complete waste of 80,000 Rs. hard earned money.

This company has been extremely unprofessional and completely failed to stand by its commitments. After taking payment their sales team named (Priya khatri and Rajesh) are fraud totally thief mentality people they stopped responding properly and kept giving excuses instead of delivering the promised work. Deadlines were ignored, communication was poor, and there was no accountability at all.
The entire experience felt misleading and dishonest. Customers trust businesses based on their words and promises, but this company clearly does not value either. If you are considering working with them, be prepared for delays, frustration, and lack of support after payment is made.

I purchased a membership from ExportsIndia
based on the promises made by their sales team. Before taking the membership, they spoke very convincingly and made many commitments just to attract customers.

However, after the payment was made and the membership was activated, the actual service was completely different from what was promised. Proper support was not provided, and most of the commitments turned out to be false.

I feel disappointed with my experience because customers are misled with big promises before payment, but later they are ignored. I would advise others to carefully verify everything before purchasing any membership.full money west

Firstly they make fake promises to get their subscription. Dont be fooled by them . After taking subscription their is no response from their team. They all are cheaters. They are frauders. Beware of them.

Highly unprofessional experience with ExportersIndia.

I was sold the Platinum Plus package by Vikas, and later handled by Yogesh, without full disclosure of additional costs. After payment, I was pressured to buy extra services like VTrust and Google 360 verification.

This is a clear case of misleading sales practices. My refund request was also denied.

I do not recommend this platform. Please be cautious and avoid falling into similar traps.

I had a very disappointing experience with Exporter India and feel it’s important to share this so others can be cautious.
One of their representatives, Ajay (Contact: +91 85058 28025), made multiple promises at the time of onboarding to secure payment. These included providing genuine prepaid buyers, acting as the main point of contact for buyers, helping close deals, and setting up payment portals. Unfortunately, none of these commitments have been fulfilled.
Despite repeated follow-ups, there have been no verified leads, no real support in finalizing deals, and no progress on the promised services. On top of that, the behavior has been unprofessional and at times disrespectful, which only made the situation worse.
This has resulted in financial loss, wasted time, and a very frustrating experience for us. It feels like we were misled with false assurances just to get the payment.
I would strongly advise others to be very careful before engaging and to get everything in writing with clear deliverables.
If this issue is not resolved, I will be taking this matter further through appropriate legal channels, including consumer court.

Aarti & Amit (sales people) they are cheating clients. Exporter India is a fraud company, they took our hard earned money and later they forced us to buy another package of Rs. 60,000 / -. They are unable to generate single inquiry and forcing client to pay more. Aarti (sales person) is not picking phone call, Amit is hiding his face and no body is ready to share senior management numbers. This is a fraud company, never do any business with them.

The employees of Exporter India are dishonest and deceitful; prior to securing a membership, they make certain promises, but once the payment is finalized, they renege on their word—going so far as to deny ever having made such statements—and even resort to issuing threats. Therefore, I earnestly urge other small business owners not to fall prey to the deceptive tactics of companies like Exporter India. Please remain cautious and vigilant, as these individuals are liars.
