Warning for this company run by a psychopath and SCAMMER

The firm did not clarify their basic services and asked for the additional services payment at every step of the registration process.

*Nickel-and-diming
Charging small additional fees at every step, especially when the core service isn’t clearly defined upfront.
*Drip-pricing – gradually revealing extra charges during the process.
*Upselling – pushing additional paid services beyond the basic offering.
*Fee-padding – adding extra charges to increase the total cost.
* Bait-and-switch – they attract you with a low base offer but then push costly add-ons.

These people are fraudsters. Have paid 40k to these people and as soon as we paid 40 they asked more 50k for more exposure and prime listing.
We said we will pay it after a month seeing results but they said that the 40k paid is not effective at all and are in vain.
Do not fall for these scammers.

It is that this company is clearly a fraud. While joining they said you will get 40+ leads. And after taking subscription they ask extra 1L+ rs for some verification. This is total scam. I had wasted my money.
Please don't take this subscription instead spend it on other useful subscriptions.

I am writing this to warn other entrepreneurs about the unethical practices at Exporters India. Their sales team is highly aggressive and will promise you the world to get you to sign up for a premium plan. I was specifically promised [detail the promise], but the actual service delivered was nowhere near what was discussed.

The most frustrating part is the total lack of accountability. When you point out the gap between the sales pitch and reality, the management dismisses it by saying those verbal commitments aren't their responsibility. If a company doesn't stand by its own sales representatives, they cannot be trusted. Do not fall for their high-pressure sales calls

I have enrolled my Profile on Exporters India after that i got call for taking and Global Package or other package. I have negotiated with them and finalised at Rs.70,000/-.Then kept Calling me Untill 8 Pm night though i said i cannot finalise today due to my preoccupied Schedule. Later they called today morning and speaking to me in very unprofessional language as you are not educated enough to take our package. They were emotionally harassing with their words. I request not to Enroll to Exporters India.

This is a top-notch fraudulent company. I've wasted approximately Rs. 87,320 on these fraudulent Export India company people all are , and now they're asking for more money. They're causing all sorts of problems, promising good leads, etc. I request everyone, please don't be a fool like me. Save your money and protect yourself from these fraudsters.

Contacted by two company’s sent money to them no products delivered. Kept my money. One company said I sent too much and account was closed down the other said the will send tracking number but still nothing 2 months later. DON’T USE THIS SITE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Exporters indias leads are 99% of no use

I enrolled with ExportersIndia and completed the payment on 15-09-2025, expecting support for website hosting and qualified business leads. Unfortunately, even after more than three months, the service delivery has been extremely disappointing.

Key issues faced:

The website has still not been hosted

Not a single qualified lead has been received till date

There is no proper support structure—every follow-up results in a new person calling, asking me to explain the issue from the beginning

After initial discussions, there is no action plan or closure, and calls/emails often go unanswered

Despite multiple follow-ups over a month, the concerns remain unresolved, making the service feel like a complete waste of time and money.

I strongly suggest potential customers verify service commitments and escalation mechanisms before proceeding with payment. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer support and accountability.

How. I have mouse pad business which was running in too good and all over India also international. My business growth is increasing with help of exportersindia.

Constant spam calls throughout the day.

Outreach team is very inconsiderate and has no sense of speaking, Ms Nidhi continuously harrases on calls and keeps calling even when told not to call. Blocking numbers leads to them calling from different numbers and disturbing privacy. Glad I checked on here before buying the service, because their way of dealing already raises enough red flags about the service

Clearly a fraud website – do not take any subscription of ExporterIndia

We paid for a 1-year subscription after being given many commitments by their sales team. They promised that we would get a fixed number of 100% genuine export leads, support till deal closure, and assured us that we would get real business from their platform.

Once the payment was done, nothing they promised was delivered. Not a single genuine export lead was provided. Later they changed their statement and said the subscription is only for local enquiries, not for export, which was never informed before payment.

The so-called enquiries we received are low-quality leads that can be purchased anywhere for ₹100–₹500, and are completely useless for real business. There is no support, calls are not answered properly, and they stop responding once payment is taken.

Do not take subscription even if they offer it for free. This platform cannot be trusted.

I strongly advise others to stay away and not waste their money.

I would like to report unprofessional behavior by an Exporter India advisor named Shalu . She contacted me regarding membership, and when I declined, she spoke rudely and behaved in an inappropriate manner.

This is unacceptable and against professional standards. I request that this matter be investigated and necessary action be taken to prevent such behavior in the future.

Extremely Disappointing Experience.

I am highly dissatisfied with Exporters India. I paid for their 1-year Platinum Membership back in June 2025, its already December, and it has been a complete waste of money, time, and energy.

Despite all the promises made during the sales call, I have received zero leads, zero inquiries, and absolutely no support since the payment was done. Their team doesn’t pick up calls, doesn’t respond to emails, and there is no accountability whatsoever.

This entire experience feels misleading and unprofessional. I genuinely regret trusting this platform for business growth. I am posting this review so that others don’t fall into the same trap.

I had a very bad experience with ExporterIndia.
When I sent an enquiry to a specific supplier through their portal, my enquiry was routed to some other paid customer instead of the one I had personally selected. This is not fair at all.
If a buyer selects a particular company or product, the portal should not redirect that lead to someone else just because they are a paid member. Please double-check enquiries before sending them to any product or service provider.

Because of this, I’ve lost trust in the platform and would not recommend it unless they fix this issue and become more transparent with buyers.
