A nice car, but with TPMS problems. Difficult return location.
We opted for delivery at our Warsaw accommodation for approx. $20 USD. It was delivered 30 minutes late. The acceptance process took 20 minutes. The vehicle was very clean and nice. Unfortunately, after the delivery driver departed, we noticed that the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) caution light was illuminated. We took the car to a petrol station for air. ALL tires were dangerously low on air. The TPMS light failed to reset. The vehicle performed well during our drive from Warsaw to Krakow to eastern Germany and return. It was EXTREMELY difficult to locate the designated drop off location in the parking garage at WAW. Acceptance of the return took ten minutes and was reasonable.

Express Car Rental Poland
I hired 2 cars in the 5 weeks I was in Poland - whilst the pick up process may seem a little unconventional- it proved to be an excellent option in meeting at a designated spot to pick up & drop off each car. The cars whilst with a fair bit of mileage & a few knocks & bruisers on them were very clean & proved to be ultra reliable - I particularly enjoyed driving the Volkswagen Arteron - a beautiful luxury car. Importantly my deposits whilst minimal compared to others were deposited back into my account very promptly.I have no hesitation in recommending Express car rental for your vehicle needs in Poland. My experience added to a wonderful Polish holiday - thanks again.

Overall very good
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the initial drop-off. The drop-off person came 45 minutes earlier than the agreed time, which was difficult for me, having had a long flight the day before and my needing to sleep. Then his credit card machine didn't work for 4 separate credit cards and he wasn't inclined to find a solution. I finally told him to reboot the machine and he did, upon which one of the cards worked. This was unnecessarily stressful. Other than this, everything with the rental went great.

The check in was a little unpleasant because when I called you you aksked to wait outside in front of departure. We waited long time and the weather was very bad rainy and cold. It would be better for us to stay inside the terminal and when you arrive you call us and we arrive immediately. It was a new car and the checkout was perfect on time.

Good car and great pricing. The communication to pick up the car wasn't great - if it's booked for a specific time and place the car should be there at that time. And give the drivers the ability to send an email - not just text - there's no guarantee that someone travelling from overseas will have their mobile texting available.

Basically the time to pick up was at 9:30 am, I was there at that time and had to wait for more than an hour, that messed with my plans for the day and it was very stressful because you don’t have a contact for foreigners like wsp. So to summarize if someone ask me to recommend renting a car in Poland, the one thing I’d recommend is not booking with you

Ok car at an ok price
Express should really have a desk in the airport as meeting a stranger in a car that wasn’t what I ordered and almost an hour late in the drop off area isn't ideal and doesn’t give a professional impression. In my opinion the cars should be supplied with a full tank of fuel as the last thing I wanted to do at 03.00 was stop to fill a strange car up.
