Bardzo miła obsługa, zawsze pomocna w razie problemów. Samochód podstawiany pod lotnisko, nie trzeba jeździć do biura i czekać na transport na i z lotniska.
Cała dokumentacja jest załatwiana na miejscu, w razie awarii auto zostało wymienione bez żadnych problemów i co najważniejsze pod dom w ten sam dzień zgłoszenia usterki.
Bardzo polecam tą firmę a korzystałam już z wielu innych.
Very friendly service, always helpful in case of any problems. The car is delivered to the airport, so you don't have to go to the office and wait for transportation to and from the airport.

All the documentation is handled on-site, and in the event of a breakdown, the car was replaced without any problems, and most importantly, it was delivered to your home the same day the problem was reported.

I highly recommend this company, and I've used many others.

We were one hour early at the airport and called the company to see if it was possible to get the car earlier as well. They said that they would do the best to arrive earlier. Instead they came 30 minutes later than our booked time, due to heavy traffic. Getting the car was an easy and quick process. We looked trough the car and the woman wrote down every scratch so we didn't need to pay for it later. The car worked perfectly. At the last day we wanted to leave the car 2 hours earlier, so we call them and the woman said that we should call 10 minutes before arriving at the airport. She came there, looked over the car and then left. Quick process. Except the late arrival at the first day, I think it's a good company to lend a car from. They were easy to call and very helpful. It was easy to understand where to meet up to get and to leave the car.

We picked our car up from Krakow train station and dropped it off 8 days later at Gdansk airport.

I'd read some negative reviews about the meet and greet service so was a little concerned about how things would play out.

I can honestly report back that there were no issues either collecting the car or dropping it off. We arrived at 9;30am to collect the car and was met by a representative of the company exactly where they said they'd be. We were allocated a brand new Renault something-or-other with only 1500km on the clock. After an explanation of what was expected of us, we were on our way.

When dropping the car off I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from a representative confirming are car drop off. I asked if it would be possible to drop the car off an hour earlier than we'd scheduled and this was accommodated without complaint.

I'd definitely be using the company again.

The price was very reasonable, though the car wasn’t particularly well washed when I picked it up.
Also, there’s no office at Katowice Airport, so you have to wait a bit for the car to be delivered to the terminal.
The support team didn’t speak English very well, which made communication a bit tricky.
That said, everything else went perfectly, and I think 5 stars is well deserved.

When arrived at airport car wasn't there. We had to wait 30min until someone would bring car to us amd that was 1am and I've been waiting with my 8 year old doughter. Hidden cost with nobody mentioned when I was booking through booking.com
Car was OK but it has faulty sat nav which took us few kilometres abroad like it was no different way. Because of they charged us extra for driving abroad. It was very suspicious that Sat nav was doing wierd things during driving especially in pretty new car.
Very dissapoined, I will defefenitley not recommend that one for anyone and I will avoid this company in future.

All went good, nice smooth experience.

1) I made the order through booking, I had to pay insurance twice to reduce the deposit from 5000 to 500. Although initially in "booking" the deposit was indicated as 2000. 2) when I returned the car, I arrived at the address indicated in the application and checked on Google maps that I arrived correctly. And in the end it turned out that the manager was waiting for me in the wrong place and took another 50 zlotys from the deposit.

Good morning/afternoon. It has been 31 days since I gave car back to rental car - Christopher Columbus nearby airport Sofia. It was all ok, car was clean ,undamaged, not lated. They said to me that I will get deposit 500 euros automatic . I think they try to cheat me, because I got false speed ticket (photo) on mail from them.They don"t want to talk to me when I call to them. I haven"t got deposit by today. Piotr

The whole experience was trouble free and the car was as described. Met the rep in Gdansk Airport car park, quickly went over what was needed and all fine. On return just as efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Second time using this company. First time we waited around 30 minutes for the car, I did not fully understand the concept so was willing to try them again. This time we waited an hour ! Someone came to collect us, to drive another 15 minutes away from Krakow airport to hand over the rental car. Delivery went smooth this time. Previous time we also wated around 30 minutes, while we needed to catch a plane. Yes, cheap rental, but be aware of long waiting times, not express.
