My builder recommended this company. Sales team were great and very helpful. Being clear on what I was ordering, price and delivery. However the after sales team especially Donna are excellent. I had an issue with the door that turned out to be my builder had fitted them incorrectly. Donna to the rescue. She called me within 2 hours of my email taking her time to explain what had happened but more importantly how it could be fixed. She was extremely patient in explaining what the issue was and how I could fixed it. She also offered to send me a part as a gesture of goodwill. Can't thank them enough. Fully recommended 👌

We recently had 2 sets of bi fold doors, as well as a large window, fitted in our house in Edinburgh. The chosing of the products that were right for us was made easy thanks to William in the East Kilbride Showroom. The production and installation all went to the schedule promised which really helped as it was an integral part of a larger project. We had a minor issue post installation and this was handled seamlessly by Donna in the after sales team. As a result of our experience, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Express to anyone looking at installing any of their product range.

What to recognise Donna and team in after-sales support, it’s what happens when something goes wrong that defines if you use a company again. Even after so many years of installation the team was helpful and solution orientated.

After 16 years, we decided to upgrade our original Express bi-folds for the new XP88 design. As before, the installation was carried out with meticulous attention to detail. With over 12 years of experience between them, Joe and Aidan were a pleasure to have on site and went to great lengths to ensure that I was happy with everything before clearing and tidying before they left. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Express Bifold Doors to anyone considering any sort of window or exterior door installation. They may not be the cheapest option, but are worth every penny.

Had some sliding doors fitted over 5 years ago, reported an issue with the main sliding door being very stiff to open, Head office responded straight away, organised a maintenancecteam to attend. Scott and Matt reviewed the issue, removed the main door, replaced a faulty roller, replaced the door, adjusted, back to factory spec within an hour. Faultless service from both the main company and service team.

Full house installation including Doors, Bi-fold doors, Patio doors & windows. Good product but let down by poor after sales service. Fault developed with front door which had dropped. Reported on 26th May, earliest date offered for 'repair was 26th June! (Just over 4 weeks later) 26th June arrived & no - one from Express turned up. Upon querying (no one informed us that there would be a no show) It was down to a 'scheduling error' & the next date available was 15th July - over 7 weeks after the fault was first reported. An email was sent on 29th June asking for an improvement on the date given the amount spent with Express & the fact it was the Front Door which requires 2 hands to open. A response was not received until I phoned to chase on 1st July. Totally unsatisfactory

I was pleased with the quoted price for all of the windows that have just been fitted, proving that you can have a quality product that is good value, cheaper than plastic!!
The fitters were 1st rate, turned up on time and finished ahead of schedule.looked After our house whist they were doing the work. Prided themselves in doing a quality job. They went the extra mile, and even sorted out existing issues. Experienced with a good knowledge of all Express products.

We had the glass for one of our large French door replaced today after storm damage earlier this year. Curtis and his colleague did a great job not only fitting the replacement but additionally fixing one of our other doors that had dropped and difficult to open.

Great showroom and staff, the product has been a bit flaky (would not recommend the solar integrated blinds!) hence only 4 stars but the service has always been faultless. Curtis did an excellent job today in the heat, thank you!

So far so good. Dominic (sales) has been so helpful, patient and polite. He has answered al my questions without any delay. The sliding doors were installed last week. The installation team were brilliant. Took their time and were careful with everything. Went through the detail at the beginning before they started. I suspect once the extension is finished and we start using the doors any potential issues will be addressed quickly.

Purchased some bifolds in 2024, only company able to make the size we wanted (very large 3 panels). Doors are fantastic and very competitively priced. 2 years down the line we started having trouble locking them until they finally wouldn't close at all. Called Monday morning and within 2 hours had some one at our house fixing them no questions asked. Extremely happy with the whole experience, highly recommend.

Curtis just attended to change controls etc. professional, courteous and helpful as always.

First of all we had a warm welcome and a cuppa from Nicky which was great. We dealt with Louie initially who was really patient and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He clearly knew the products from the technical side too. As our needs changed Callum took over and again he was really good too, he knew his stuff and got us to where we needed to be.
All the team were friendly and the showroom was very impressive and spotless!
We haven't had the installation yet but we know others who have and Express Bifolds came highly recommended.

The replacement glazing was fitted easily and quickly. Curtis did a great job. He was efficient and friendly making sure everything was good before leaving.

The worst. We have over £50,000 of windows and bifolds put into our house. The amount of times these guys came out was horrendous. The standard was so poor. They also left and still have left multiple windows and doors with scratches on, not little ones huge ones. I was contacted by Matthew Hodgson from express asking to remove the review I left and they will sort. This is coming up to two years and still nothing. I would not recommend at all. Terrible

How you could pay this money and they think they can put their heads in the sand and think it blows over

Scott and Matt came out to do maintenance on our patio door. They were extremely pleasant and they carried out the work with care and efficiency.

As ever, the after sales experience was excellent from Express Bi Folding doors. Matt and Scott came to repair our sliding patio door but the job was a little more complicated than expected. They explained the issue and explained in detail what needed to be done to carry out the repair, including the repair of the powder coated frame which had rubbed off slightly. They apologised profusely for having to come back on another day. If the weather hadn't been so awful with driving rain they would undoubtedly have taken the task at hand. We are sure they will return and do a great repair job. We have total trust in them and of course Express Bi Folding Doors too.

Scott and Matt were great, friendly and very knowledgable, spent the time to fully understand the problem with our sliding doors. Confident now they have got to the root of the issue and look forward to seeing them again soon to implement the fix!
