A well deserved regonisation for Alex

I would highly like to recognise Alex, I had a vet appointment this evening and I feel as if he went above and beyond for me, picking me up from the town center to take me home and wait for me while I was in the vets with my lil dog to bring me back home again, honestly a brilliant driver when youve got a dog you struggle to get a taxi driver so I honestly can't think enough for his patience, and excelent service. So thank you very much.

Please avoid - Unreliable and rude and did not refund my fare

Please avoid - worst service ever. Did an advance booking for 8 am on a Tuesday which was overpriced but due to the tube strikes, they were one of the few taking bookings. Called them the day before asking if they take card payments, and they sent me a link to pay by card. On the day, there was no car at 8 so I called them and they said the driver was stuck in traffic, I asked for an ETA 3 times and they didn’t give me an answer. Waited 10 min and called again and this time, a really rude person told me that they had no cars and none would come to pick me up. I was completely shocked. Waited 10 more minutes (during which time I booked a last minute Uber) and called back to ask which information was correct - whether there was a driver on the way or that no one would come and they hung up on me. Haven’t received a refund yet but absolutely totally horrified by this experience and reached my destination half an hour late. I don’t understand how such cowboy operators are able to get away with fleecing customers. Will be calling my card company to block payment.

Great driver..

Great driver... Anouar.... professional, kind and extremely helpful. I always use Express and this driver certainly went above and beyond. When I book again will certainly ask for him.

Dangerous Driver

My experience was very terrifying, from the moment of pick to drop off, the driver was a rash driver, was driving so fast and kept on doing harsh breaks everywhere.

I was travelling with my 2 pets that were in the carrier and it was dreadful for them and myself, when we were on the motorway, I was scared at one point we were going to get in a accident with the car in front of us, he done a harsh break without any reason.

I did book this company to pick me back up from the drop off location however I cancelled it after this dreadful experience as the same driver would have been sent, and I was fearful that I would get in an accident.

I wouldn’t use this company ever again.

unprofessional service

We arranged for a pick-up at Heathrow. Despite a "car arrived" text , there was no sign of our driver amongst the other drivers waiting for clients at the arrivals gate. I finally managed to text him and he said he was in Costas. He eventually found us after I gave him my description. Furthermore his driving style was poor en route to North London. I complained to the company , but have had no response from their management. I would not use them again.

I used Express cars today 17/04/23…

I used Express cars today 17/04/23 several time in the
morning,on my last trip I've forgot my mobile phone but
didn't realize it until later in the afternoon.I am a regular
customer and the office wanted £9 pounds from me.I didn't loose the phone on purpose.It would be polite to
just return it and don't charge it as a fare,I am disabled
and it is difficult to get around.I was very upset

I am a stranded woman needing to get…

I am a stranded woman needing to get home and was told it was a two hour wait. I was happy to accept the booking and pay the fare upfront. Because I questioned what would happen to my payment if the car did not arrive in two hours the man was rude to me and told me to find my own way home. I begged him as I am stranded and cold and he dropped the phone on me. Sexist man. Disgusting service.

Reliable early morning booking

Really great service. I always get nervous booking for early morning flights but they were there perfectly on time at 4:30am. Will definitely be using them again.
