Ashley Chapel Educational Center is very appreciative of the kindness we received from EXPRESS CUSTOM USB.
Yesterday, we received new flashdrives with our school logo design imprinted on each one. The customer service was fast and sincere. Mr. Momin monitored the entire process from start to finish. He spent alot of time making sure we were informed along the way and that we were satisfied.

Overall was satisfied. The product seems well made and durable, though I have not yet tried to load any content on the device as of yet. I like the solid wood structure. It is very smooth and my engraving in it looks great. The process was easy and compared to the competition, there was no other place that offered small bulk products at this high a quality with such a low price tag. I communicated with 11 different vendors before settling with this company. I was easily able to upload my design, send over specific fonts, and fully customize both the front and back of the design. I was even offered advice to put my contact information on the back, which I can't guarantee I would have thought to do on my own. The product was processed, designed and shipped within 1.5 weeks, which I have to say was a fairly quick turn-around time.

My only cons with the product are that there are magnets on inner part of the wood cap to hold the wood pieces together (which I wasn't aware even existed). Well, if you don't perfectly line up the wood blocks, the magnets will magnetize to the USB metal instead of each other. But I'm glad they exist because it makes it less likely to fall off.

My other comment is that my design was upside-down on one side and right side up on the other. Looking back at the proof, it was like that there, so I did approve it, but the mock up could have been formatted differently to make it easier for a person to understand that would be the case.

Prompt effective service. Working with Adam was efficient and the product was delivered on time and was of the quality we would expect.

They were very quick in responding to a request for a quote, a change in the order, and getting me my order of USB flash drives within 2 weeks of ordering. They gave me the most for the least money.
