Simple ordering process quality products a good deal and free Hardware.
Slight inconvienance in that my Door delivery got bumped by Furdeco from Tuesday 1st September to Friday 4th of September even though I had contacted their delivery office to confirm.

Had a TERRIBLE experience with this company.
I bought two doors of the same type, and one was warped which we discovered when fitting and then developed a split in the top panel within a short time after it was fitted with daylight/sun on it. The gap was 7mm wide in an exterior door!
The other door of exactly the same type was fine and had been treated in exactly the same way throughout. I explained all this in numerous emails.
The company refused to exchange or refund the door and cited my lack of attention to detail in finishing, despite the obvious flaw in their argument that one door was fine and that had been treated exactly the same as the other. They basically reply with a copy and paste cop out of them having any responsibility.
Really awful service. I would avoid at all costs.

Brilliant company to buy from. Customer service is excellent, as is the product range. We are replacing all of the doors in the house, as we renovate throughout, and we are very happy that we found this company.

Ordered the doors and handle, the delivery was quick, the price was amazing to other suppliers, the free handle kits were a big bonus.
The delivery drivers were very polite and brought them in to the house for me and stacked them in the room i requested.
The delivery details were very good and the tracking app, allowed me to carrying on with my day.
The quality of all the products was good, looking forward to fitting them.

If i could give a zero i would , I think Express door should look up what the wordt" express" means , i didn't even receive my doors , The courier service is terrible , promises of call back when i chased the delivery on 4 occasions and the set a date never called me once, and they didn't arrive i had to chase them again and was told another 8 days , Being a carpenter i rely on communication of dates , This company need to buy diary. Totally Avoid . There are far better companies out there, I would be embarressed to work for them.

However I have given 4 stars as i have ordered a wrong size by mistake and have emailed the company but have had no reply or response about returns. Still.awaiting a reply.

I bought 3 Climadoor brand doors from Express Doors. The doors are fantastic - look great, are well made and have super tolerances when cutting to fit height and width. I am no pro in fitting doors so I really appreciated this.

My only gripe is that a couple of the doors arrived marked. After discussing this with the driver it seems they used dirty rope when securing the doors upright in the van. The rope easily rubbed through the flimsy plastic covering on the doors and marked the oak. Luckily the marks came off with a light sanding. More care or better packaging please.

WORST experience ever - AVOID this company at all costs. I ordered some doors on 22 July for £2.5k and was told delivery would be on 18th August. I made several calls to check this was definite as the doors are for a new extension so without them we have a 2.7m x 2m hole at the back of our open plan house. I was assured it was. On 18th August doors did not arrive - I called up and was eventually told that they’d been delayed by a week. No one had informed me. Today I get an email saying they’ve been delayed another 2+ weeks. No offer of compensation. Our house is open to the elements, completely unsecured, as the temperature is dropping we are freezing in the evenings, it’s going to rain all next week - we have two small children and it’s just not safe. I rang up to complain and ask about compensation and I was put on hold and then the call ended. TERRIBLE customer service and delivery - order elsewhere.

Door looks good no issues however handle pack damaged box all split and clearly been stood on kicked about. Handle damaged but can polish out damage

The doors all arrived with in 4 days of order with no damage or missing handles etc. The delivery men were friendly and helpful.
