Just had Ian drop my doors off and left them where I needed, asked if I needed anything else, delivery couldn't of gone any more perfect

Doors delivered on time but the quality of the doors was awful. I fitted new door linings perfectly plumb and straight, however the edges of the new oak veneer doors were like a banana. Had to adjust door linings to suit curved edge of door!

Was informed all the way when my delivery would take place and very good to deal with, would highly recommend.

Door looks fine and the price is reasonable. However I didn’t have any communication regarding delivery. It didn’t look good for my business when you just turned up and left the door with my paying guest. I didn’t even know the door had been delivered until your “how did we do” email popped up. What would have happened if there was nobody to answer the door?

Delivery on time - no hassle

Always a bit dubious about ordering online these days, as I have been caught out by firms not having the stock they’re selling, or they’re just generally useless at customer service.

How refreshing to get exactly what I ordered in perfect condition, and on the day they said it would be delivered. Quality is excellent. You can track the driver in live time too, which is really helpful when you’re busy and you need to get other jobs done in the day.

The delivery costs are on the higher side for that service, but the total cost is the same if not slightly less than I would have paid to go collect something from the usual big brands which has inevitably been bashed about too much.

Very poor communication. Doors out of stock not advised. Failure to return telephone calls and respond to emails. Generally very poor service. Situation needs to be resolved.

The doors are lovely and great for the price.
Only problem i had was with the delivery company as they had my doors for over 2 weeks before they were delivered I tried calling them and couldn't get through i then emailed I did get a response after a week of having my doors but still took a further 10 days before they were delivered.

The doors arrived at my home very soon after ordering them. They look great and are very good quality. I’m very happy with them

So far so good. Choosing & ordering online was quick & simple. Doors arrived yesterday & after checking them they appear undamaged. Emails from Express Doors Direct regarding order & delivery were prompt & easy to understand what would happen next.
Haven’t had them fitted yet to see the quality when trimming but all in all a great experience.

I pre-ordered because a shipment to the company was only 2weeks or so.
I was kept advised on developments.
Got an email 2 days after shipment came in that my order had been dispatched to courier. 2 days later I received delivery.
Very helpful all the way through.
Would recommend.

Very happening are order and quality

The doors arrived quickly, were packaged well and in perfect condition when unpacked. The delivery driver kept us updated on his time of arrival and he was lovely friendly and professional when delivering the doors. I can highly recommend Express Doors and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Express Doors Cardiff installed my 2 new motorised garage doors a few years ago and they have performed brilliantly ever since. I blew my electrics last night & the board is located inside the garage. I could not find the manual over-ride key so, in desperation, rang Express Doors (out of hours). I spoke to Chris who arrived 15 minutes later & fixed the problem within 5 minutes! You simply can't get better service than that!

Door i ordered was on back order and had no communication of when it would be delivered. Took 2 phone calls to find out and then they couldn't give me an exact day. Courier then contacted me to say they were on their way?

Brilliant service. I got an email the day before, confirming my delivery and rough timing- then on the day of delivery driver tracking, name and vehicle reg. Driver very helpful. Couldn't do better!

Very pleased with our new doors. Lovely quality and good value. Also cheaper delivery than other companies.

Good just came 30 minutes off schedule

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Sold doors to us that are advertised in the very specific section of the website called pre finished doors. Headline on description of doors reads pre finished. Order confirmation email reads pre finished doors. On arrival doors were primer + finish. This was very apparent when the joiners were simply touching the doors and it was leaving dirty hand prints because they were only primed and still porous until they have a top coat on. After calling the aftercare number I was told I could only send the doors back at my own expense and the one we opened before realising the finish was not as stated would not be able to be sent back at all. They were very clearing reading from a script saying the same thing over and over. All they kept repeating was no one else had ever had a problem with the doors and that I should go ahead and fit them and then contact them in the future if we had any problems. Obviously trying to get me to unwrap the doors so they would be able to refuse them back all together and that in the fine print of the product details it stated primer plus. Never mind all the headlines on the website read pre finished and they were in the pre finished section. I was refused to speak to a manager of any kind. I paid the full price for 11 pre finished doors and then had to pay a painter an extra £400 to paint and finish them.

Excellent customer service, issue with one door put right straight away. Good quality doors. Called several times for peace of mind as internet-based company, albeit with physical locations (up north!).

Bought 10 doors and door furniture over 2 orders.

Only criticism is the cost of delivery for small orders - however I feel that delivery services are getting expensive across the board - I suppose we’ve gotten too use to cheap delivery when clearly their an associated cost; wished it was cheaper. Or open up branches for us southerners!
