Envelopes were ordered and damaged in transit. The team at Express kindly sent out a new shipment free of charge. They are very communicative and helpful.
I would definitely use them again.

I found both the selecting and order process so easy to use, and great prices too.
So many envelope websites are just confusing, so I have to say your website was a breath of fresh air, and I will certainly be buying all our envelopes from you from now on.

not going anywhere else for envelopes now.
ordered wrong sealing type and it was sorted over the phone in minutes. as in single minutes (minus whatever 10~15% restocking fee).
And quality is beyond anything from viking dirct/etc, (who well did offer free returns- important when their evenlopes wouldn't stick but it took forever on the phone to get sorted) at fraction of price.
the straight up honest pricelist business model is pure relief (ie, not having to wait for/keep track of sales or offers anymore).

This is the first time we have used Express Envelopes; ordering was simple as was postage and they were on-time. Perhaps the only fault I would point out is that, although cheaper, the envelopes were of a lesser quality than we usually have supplied by Staples...
